Pros:

Staff were cordial and helpful. They provided us with whatever they could. Although, there was no kettle in room, they provided warm water to drink.
The hotel is on the 4th floor, but the lift was working so no problem of access. Entrance and reception is small and clean.

The bed was comfortable. There was television but, we didn't have time to check it. Other furniture was not in a functional state. Water was provided for drinking as and when needed
There was a geyser which could give warm water. Some issue was there with the plumbing as water was leaking from the flush system. The bathroom was clean otherwise.
Only issue was the ?dampness and paint coming off in walls. Some common building issue maybe.

Overall, the stay was nice
