Spacious apartment – great value for money!

​We were very satisfied with our stay. This is a large, incredibly clean family apartment featuring two big bedrooms, a living room with a huge sofa and a nice view, and a bathroom that includes a hot bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine (plus 4 complimentary capsules), and a small fridge.

​What we loved:

​Impeccable Cleanliness: The apartment smells fresh, the beds are comfortable and clean, and there is an abundance of fresh towels.

​Great Amenities: The air conditioning works perfectly, and all electronic door locks function flawlessly.

​Easy Self Check-In: Checking in and out is seamless. The instructions provided—complete with pictures and pictograms—make finding the property incredibly easy. Inside, there are clear signs on the walls, elevator, and even footsteps on the floor to guide you.

​Convenient Parking: Free parking is available just outside the barrier (just remember to provide your car registration number before arrival).

​Areas for Improvement (Why we gave an 8/10):

​The Breakfast: The breakfast was very simple and not very visually appealing. It really needs to be improved and made to feel much cozier, as it currently lacks an inviting atmosphere. If the breakfast had been better, this would easily be a 10/10 stay. Right now, we are giving it an 8 out of 10 because there is definite room for improvement here.

​Terrace Access: While you can open the living room windows to enjoy the view, there is no direct access to the terrace from the apartment.

​A final tip: This is a fully automated self-check-in property. If you follow the detailed guide provided by the host, it is super easy. However, if you prefer having a physical person at a reception desk, a traditional hotel might suit you better. For us, it was a fantastic value!

Gera lokacija, kurioje jums reikėjo. Kambariai švarūs, tvarkingi. Skanūs pusryčiai

Cons:

Stovėjimo aikštele labai nesaugi ir ilgai laukti info iš personalo dėl pagalbos. Kaina šiek tiek didoka, gal čia tik dėl sezono

Avoid by any means if you are at all claustrophobic

The place was quite new. There is a laundry room downstairs in the same building.

Cons:

Three issues with the place:

1) I suppose that this is a former open space office changed into a hotel-like facility. This means that opening the door leads to a 15m tunnel which ends in the kitchen. The bedrooms are on the way, which means that neither bedroom has any windows. The gallery does not hint this at all

2) There are signs "please clean after yourselves" and I have a feeling the housekeeping does not check the level of cleanliness. We had to re-clean every piece of kitchenware we wanted to use and the bathtub was so dirty we did not want to use it for our kids.

3) The breakfast was really simple, and especially the selection of bread was disappointing.

Liela burbuļvanna, ērta gulta, virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo, air fryer.

Cons:

Ilgi netikām savā apartamentā, jo atsūtītais ieejas kods nedarbojās. Uz telefona zvaniem atbildēja tikai AI robots. Pēc stundas atsūtīja jaunu kodu.

Würde ich immer wieder buchen, aber ohne Frühstück

Appartement war sehr gut,

Cons:

Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, kann man drauf verzichten , für eine Übernachtung ist gut, aber für einen längeren Zeitraum negativ

Deja, viešnagė labai nuvylė.

Pirmiausia, aprašyme nurodoma, kad apartamentuose yra dvigulė lova, tačiau realybėje ji yra tokia maža, kad dviem suaugusiems žmonėms joje beveik neįmanoma patogiai išsimiegoti.

Pusryčiai taip pat buvo didelis nusivylimas. Jų kokybė buvo labai prasta – iš esmės vienintelis dalykas, kuriuo buvo galima pasidžiaugti, buvo kava.

Taip pat buvo nurodyta, kad parkavimas yra nemokamas. Užpildydami svečio kortelę pateikėme automobilio valstybinius numerius, todėl manėme, kad to pakanka. Tačiau vėliau paaiškėjo, jog šią informaciją reikėjo dar papildomai išsiųsti atskirai. Be to, nebuvo aiškiai nurodyta, kur tiksliai yra jų nemokama parkavimo vieta. Dėl šios komunikacijos stokos automobilį palikome mokamoje aikštelėje ir turėjome papildomai sumokėti už parkavimą.

Bendrai vertinant, paslaugų kokybė neatitiko lūkesčių. Dėl netikslaus aprašymo, prastos komunikacijos ir žemos pusryčių kokybės likau labai nusivylusi šia viešnage ir, deja, šių apartamentų nerekomenduočiau.

The breakfast was not particularly extensive, but the beds were comfortable and there were no disturbing noises.

Voisin yöpyä uudelleenkin, tosin ilman aamupalaa.
Pros:

Siisti ja tilava, mukava sänky, ilmalämpöpumppu viilensi hyvin. Sijainti sopi hyvin ohikulkumatkalle, kun haluttiin välttää ruuhkainen keskusta.

Cons:

Aamupala joka sisältyi varaukseemme, oli todella huono. Valikoima oli suppea, ja ruuat joita maistoimme, olivat hieman etovia.

Tilava majoitus!
Pros:

Tilava, 2 erillistä mskuuhuonetta ja olohuone-keittiö. Vaikkakin huoneisto, oli myös aamiainen mahdollista syödä samassa ”rapussa” olevan ravintolan tiloissa.

Cons:

Perille löytäminen oli hieman haastavaa. Kyseessä siis liikekiinteistö jonka yläkerrassa asuinhuoneistoja. Ei erillistä vastaanottoa tai ihmistä keneltä kysyä neuvoja. Viesteihin toki vastasivat pikaisesti!
