Allover good for family
Pros:

Place was clean, rooms were equpped basic but with everything one needs. I would have wished for a fiwe throw blankets for cozy sitting on the couch. Large beds, fairly comfortable. Two bedroom apartament was very comfortable for family stay. Lovely roof terrace. Gym and kids palyroom that is advertised is not included as you might think, those are seperate services that you can buy in a same building. Quick replies in app from staff regarding all queries.

Cons:

There was loud music coming from somewhere in the building till 00:30 on monday night. Every morning at 05:30 there was exyremely loud rumbling and squeaking noise for about 30 seconds. Enough to wake us up. Im guessing it was something technical, maybe conditioning system or similar.
Breakfast is a 5.5 out of 10 stars.

Tikrai švaru.

Cons:

Mažai nuorodų, pusryčiai nuo 7:30, kai kurie atvažiuoja ir darbo reikalais, tai jais pasinaudoti nėra galimybės. Parkingas priklauso, bet tik atvykus išsiaiškinama, kad reikia duoti numerius, jį rasti ne vietiniam misija neįmanoma. Duoda koordinates, kur sako, jog esi atvykęs, jeigu esi prie pastato. Langai į gatvę, truukšminga.

Cons:

We booked a room for two with my colleague. The room had a single bed (1.1–1.2 m wide), one chair, and everything was arranged for just one person. When we called, they only said that the bed dimensions were listed on the website. We asked to change the room because we cannot sleep in a single bed with a colleague, but they said there were no rooms available, even though the booking system showed availability. They did not offer any solution.

The shower had very poor water flow, and the cabinets were worn and peeling. Charging €90 for a single room, even though we booked a double room and provided details for two people, is unreasonable—especially considering that the apartments are located quite far from the city center.

Kainos ir kokybės neatitikimas
Pros:

Patiko pats kambariukas, jei būčiau apsistojusi viena be vaiko.

Cons:

Man buvo svarbūs 2 punktai-nemokama parkingo vieta ir pusryčiai, nei vienas šiuose apartamentuose manęs netenkino... Labai nepatiko situacija su parkingo vietomis, pradžioje nurodyta viena vieta (atvykus 15val nebuvo nei vienos vietos), po 5min gavau kitos vietos nurodymą, jau buvau išvykusi. Atvažiavus apie 20val vakare man tikrai buvo sunku surasti parkingo vietas, nes labai sudėtingas nuvažiavimas. Prasukus kelis ratus radau vietą prieš tai nurodytame parkavime, deja, labai siaurą, žinojau, kad ryte bus sunku išvažiuoti. Surasti kambarį buvo be proto sudėtinga, gerai, kad sutikau moterį, kuri taip pat klaidžiojo prieš atvykdama. Noriu pabrėžti, kad atvykau su 4metu vaiku... Pusryčiai be proto skurdūs. Džiugino tik tai, kad nereikėjo ilgai jų ieškoti. Aleliuja!
Jei atvyksite vieni ir niekur neskubėsite gal ir pateisins jūsų lūkesčius, manau, kad yra daug vertingesnių variantų Kaune.

Gera vieta apsistoti trumpam ,puiku ,kad tiekiami pusryčiai ,tik su parkingu sudetingiau ,vietų mažoka ,o mokama aikštelė 3 € už valandą kaip ir brangoka .Daugia viskas už tokią kainą puiku

Man patika viss! Telpas bija pietiekami plašas ģimenei ar 2 bērniem. Guļamistabās nav logu, līdz ar to no rīta var vēl mierīgi gulēt,jo gaisma neiespīd istabās.
