Very suitable for my requirements

I am a regular customer and I know exactly what i am.looking for, it is close to all the locations that I usually visit and the stuff is very friendly with me

Cons:

Breakfast and the smells in the entrances and the gym needs some attention and maybe some weights, and the door of my room needs some repairs.as well many things in the facility
