Bardzo miło wspominamy pobyt w tym hotelu
Pros:

Bardzo pomocny personel. Bez problemu mogliśmy przedłużyć pobyt o kilka godzin. Otrzymaliśmy inny pokój za niewielką dopłatą. Personel również sprawnie zorganizował nam transport do Sapa. Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna, z dala od zgiełku centrum, a 'rzut beretem" do Dragon Mountain. Pyszna kawa kokosowa :)

O 21.00 kuchnia hotelowa już nie działa

Prettig verblijf naast de Mua Cave.
Pros:

Locatie tussen de rijstvelden met aantal restaurants in de straat, tegen de Mua cave aan. Korte taxirit naar het dorp. Vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

Ontbijt viel wat tegen. Geen fietsen te huur of leen bij de accomodatie.

Le décor autour des chambres, les chambres spacieuses et propres
La piscine est très bien
Le personnel accueillant

Cons:

L’entrée pas naturelle c’est dommage pour un ecolodge.
Dommage restaurant fermé de bonne heure le soir, nous avons dû manger plus loin dans une petit mexicain …
Les travaux à côté tres bruyant et très tôt le matin, surtout un dimanche c’est pénible !!!

Всё очень понравилось!
Вся команда отеля была очень внимательна и отзывчива. Номер просто супер, учтены все мелочи. Локация идеальная. Завтраки очень разнообразные и вкусные. При выезде нам подарили памятные подарочки, приготовили воду в дорогу и кое-что ещё, узнаете после посещения этого прекрасного отеля)

Pros:

Excellent staff, located next to Hang Mua, beautiful tropical garden, lots of privacy in the room

Cons:

Could have more vegan options for breakfast, even if it’s just granola. Noise from the neighbour’s pool area next to my room.

Good stay
Pros:

Beds comfortable, great location of going up Dragon Hill and easy bike to Tran An and Tam Coc.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok not great.
Hotel does not accept Mastercard which was only made aware to us on checking out. Luckily we always have both but hotel needs to make people aware.
