Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder übernachten.
Pros:

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft. Dieser Dschungelartige Garten in dem die Häuschen liegen ist wunderschön, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet.
Sehr herzliches Personal.
Am Abreisetag durften wir die Hotelanlage bis in den Abend hinein nutzen.
Beim Auschecken gab es noch 2 Getränke aufs Haus.
Toll die Nähe zur Mua Cave. So konnte ich morgens um kurz vor sechs einfach losmaschieren.

Cons:

Nichts.
Aber dem Frühstück könnte mehr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt werden. Immer wenn wir kamen, mussten wir erst nach Kaffee fragen. Es gab keine Teelöffel und nichts um die Marmeladen oder Erdnussbutter zu entnehmen

Pros:

Perfect location, close to the old town (taxi drive) and easy to walk to Mua Cave. The staff were very friendly an our room was very clean. Tasty breakfast and the pool was lovely! We especially loved playing with Bob the little dog ❤️

The staff was very warm and welcoming.
They helped us with everything from the moment we stepped there until we left.
Breakfast was rich and tasty, as well as the rest of the food we got from the restaurant.
Super comfy beds and spacious rooms, very clean and well equipped.
I would recommend and will definitely book again once I come back.
They offer bicycles free of charge and you can also rent motor bikes.
If you are looking for a nice, cozy and peaceful stay, this is your place!

All of it. Rooms were nice, staff were great, so friendly with good English too. Organised everything we asked for. Tour, limo bills back to Hanoi airport. Nothing was a problem and all done with a big smile. Breakfast buffet was really good too!
