The location was perfect close to the cruise port. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were delightful. Breakfast was very good.

Beware When Booking
Pros:

The location to my conference was perfect.

Cons:

I booked the room for my husband and put his name on the reservation. Because I used my credit card to pay for the room, they weren't going to honor the reservation. He ended up using his credit card. Why ask for pre-payment when you won't honor the card because I wasn't with him.

Cons:

Around 4, we started getting ready for our evening and the room next to us had their music so loud, you would’ve thought we were in the club! We never reported it to the front desk because it was still early in the day but had it been night, that definitely would’ve been issue. Aside from that, the next morning, someone had their dogs either them that were barking extremely loud but overall an okay stay
