Pros:

Bel endroit malheureusement il y avait des travaux dans la majorité de la section hébergement pendant notre passage et donc du bruit toute la journée.

Een prima homestay voor een nacht in Ban Gioc om de watervallen te bezoeken.
Pros:

Het was een perfecte homestay voor ons op dat moment. Ze zijn druk met nieuwe units en ik heb er geloof in dat ze dit helemaal top voor elkaar krijgen.
Feitelijk heb je alles beschikbaar wat nodig is. Ze regelde vervoer naar de waterval en grotten en hielp ons ook met de bus. Alles met een mooie lach!

The hotel looks nice; it’s surrounded by mountains, and there’s a small river flowing nearby.

Cons:

The service is average, and it’s hard to communicate in English.The room I had booked was unavailable because it was undergoing renovations (why was it even listed as available?), so we were given a different, much smaller one—though at the price of the original booking. There are two restaurants on the premises: at one, the wait time for simple dishes was at least an hour, while at the other, it was impossible to get anything to eat because they were hosting a party for ten people (seriously?). The room hadn't been cleaned very thoroughly.

Cả làng cần xem lại. Lan Rừng tạm ổn.

Ven suối, mát mẻ

Cons:

Khu làng cổ đá Khuổi Ky bị thương mại hoá, mất bản sắc, ít trải nghiệm cùng cộng đồng, các chủ homestay quá lo cho phòng nghỉ và ăn uống. Vẫn còn nhiều mùi hôi thối vì khu vực gia súc ngay xung quanh. Ẩm thực thiếu đặc sắc, đa dạng. Đường đi lại trong làng lầy lội, bẩn nhiều chỗ và nhiều bùn đất. Riêng trước cửa Lan Rừng cứ đi qua là ướt chân vì dòng nước chảy qua mà không có phương án xử lí. Không có người điều tiết giao thông trong làng nên đi lại lộn xộn.

Great place
Pros:

We had a nice stay at Lan Rung Homestay. The family was very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. We’re only giving it a slightly lower rating because there was construction work going on during our stay, which made it a bit less relaxing. Once the works are finished, I’m sure it will be a great place to stay.

The address which is listed on the page is incorrect, the majority of the grounds are a construction site which work from 6am-7pm, the room had rats in the ceiling and wall, found two wasp nest outside our room within the one night we were there, cockroaches in the kitchen area and the owners/staff arn’t really running the place they are just there. Every part of the accommodation is average at best and not relatable to the other reviews.

This homestay felt like a hotel in a good way. Despite being in very rural northern Vietnam it had very nice clean bathrooms with a hot shower, comfy beds, and AC

Beautiful place with lovely owners
Pros:

Beautiful place, lovely owner and everyone from the staff. Always taking care you have everything you need. Also very good food here and no party location on the loop for the time when I was there. Highly recommended!
