Location very close to the beach. Easily accessible via foot to anywhere. Exceptional breakfast selection. Very kind and professional staff.

Cons:

Water system could be improved. The shower was a little uncomfortable with low pressure and constant changing of temperature due to sharing water system. But overall not a critical matter.

Excellent location
Pros:

The location of this hotel is unbeatable and its main selling point, together with the staff, who were all extremely friendly, helpful, informative and accommodating. The room was very clean and beds were comfy too! It was lovely having the icy water machine downstairs to fill our bottles - great little touch. Will definitely return when we visit Cinque Terra again.

Cons:

The room was just a bit of a tight squeeze, even though we did not spend much time in it, it would have been a bit more comfortable to have a bit more space, especially the bathroom - shower quite tiny - but not a major drawback.

Pros:

Breakfast was great especially for a country that doesn't seem to do traditional egg-based breakfasts. The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Would stay again purely due to both ladies at reception. The location was great.
