I was close to the airport.

Cons:

The high rise building has no fire suppression system. Not even fire alarms. It seems to be in an abandoned high rise building. There are 5 floors and only about 6 units are complete for occupancy. When I had a problem, the management handle it quickly. Very impressive.

Cons:

Verwohntes Appartment. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Matratze alt ohne Milbenschutz.
Möbel defekt, küchenausstattung defekt.

Pros:

The location is close to the airport and the amenities are plentiful there is a convenience store close by and it is so easy to access other parts of town. It was cosy for 2. The owner is friendly, hospitable, helpful, easy to contact and quick to respond.

Cons:

There were ants. The cooking appliances like the induction cooker was difficult to use and was far too hot to try and cook things slowly. The floor tiles started to separate and joining material started to chip off and we would then walk on it

Pros:

Thank you for the room upgrade. Easy of checking in and out. Great WiFi and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

Air freshener too strong. Need shower mat in bathroom. Shower curtain was a little short, so floor got wet after use.

Very old building and dusty hallways
Pros:

I paid 800php as they were running a discount so i think its fair to the room i got. The building is very old and dusty hallways. The room you can tell it’s been decades ago. They do have early check in fee of 500/hr if you need but compare to the night i paid i did not agree to it. The host giving a vibe that i should just be thankful since they run a discount and reiterated that their nightly is usually 2300pesos. I wouldn’t recommend it if thats the price. I was there only for transit before my next flight so if u need more night of stay i recommend you book another. Thanks to Leslie who assisted me in check in.

Cons:

The place was actually ok with the value I paid. I was booked w premier suite inn but a day before I got a message saying I was moved to keiner hills condo. It is very near from the mactan airport and there was a meet and greet girl. She gave us the WiFi password which was wrong and left. It was 130am when we arrived. We were just settling when I discovered no toilet paper available. It is basic need. I rang the contact number but no answer. Imagine being stuck without tissue paper at 2am! For this reason I will never stay here again and I wont recommend to anybody.
