Een schitterend hotel, hoewel de service deze keer niet aan de verwachtingen voldeed.

Gezellige bar met vriendelijke service
Mooie kamers in luxe decor

Cons:

Gereserveerde parkeerplaats was niet beschikbaar
Slechte geur in de kamer
Kamers met weinig geluidsisolatie
Voor 2u latere check-out rekent men 65euro aan.. (in weekend: 95 Euro)

Excellent verblijf in Knokke!
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en mooi interieur. De kamer had een mooi uitzicht op de vijver achter het hotel. Leuke bar met excellente cocktails (Porn Star Martini is een aanrader)! Restaurant is ook een aanrader!
En iedereen sprak Nederlands!

Im Grunde alles soweit. Wir sind Stammgäste.

Cons:

Ein Hund hatte sein Geschäft im Foyer erledigt. Wir hatten an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis dass es weggemacht wurde. Es stank. Der Halter stand derweil im Eingang, kümmerte sich nicht und wurde nicht zurechtgewiesen.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war nicht so aufmerksam wie wir es so sonst vom Hotel kennen.

Super Hotel , niet goedkoop maar wel echt top

Mooie entree , keurige ontvangst goede locatie geweldig restaurant mooie kamer

Cons:

Helaas waren ze buiten om 6 uur gestart met slopen van een huis in de naaste omgeving dat gaf veel herrie
