Einmal hat gereicht
Pros:

Zeitgeist, Lage etwas zu weit weg von der Stadt

Cons:

Personal schlecht geschult, nicht sehr engagiert, Restaurant an manchen Tagen geschlossen, wenn geöffnet dann schwierig einen Platz zubekommen ohne Reservierung, darauf hätte man beim einchecken hinweisen können . Doorman grüßt erst nachdem der Gast gegrüßt hat. Bei der Ankunft wird man erst nach einer Kreditkarte gefragt und dann nach dem Ausweis, in das Zimmer wurde man nicht gebracht, der Parkplatz war zu teuer, vor der Tür konnte man umsonst parken. Insgesamt hat das Schöne Ambiente durch das nicht engagierte Personal verloren.

Geweldig hotel .. paar kleine verbeterpunten
Pros:

Het Hotel is prachtig, de lunch was super.. vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Golfkarren niet voldoende beschikbaar dit was belangrijk omdat mijn ouders niet ver meer kunnen lopen.. bij het ontbijt is het wat te druk veel zaken zijn op en worden te laat aangevuld.. er mogen honden binnen in het hotel ?

Beautiful classy hotel
Pros:

The best hotel in town. Beautiful, modern, classy, clean and looks like brand new. Have a comfortable parking. Nice breakfast. And great location, 5 min away from the beach but a bit far from the center and all restaurants. Beautiful spa, good gym.
U also can choose your pillows. Cleaning service is excellent.

Cons:

Their restaurant for dinner!!! Was a disaster!!! Nobody got a right plate and the waiting time was 2h at least to start eating. And stuff who never say “sorry” (at dinner)
Stuff in hotel in general seems to be missing… you must queuing for a check out (15-20 min)

Perfect.
Pros:

The room was as expected, perfect, spotless, view on the lake/pond with a Clooney coffee machine. Breakfast and service was exceptional, overall staff as well. As Knokke-Heist hotels goes, it would be difficult to do better.

Lakeview luxury with fantastic staff, an excellent spa, and dog-friendly
Pros:

Fantastic modern hotel,highly recommend the suite with a lake view. Staff were fantastic, and the spa was excellent. Lovely, relaxing stay and completely dog friendly.

Alles in allem sehr gut
Cons:

Frühstück pro Person 50 Euro war zu teuer
Zumal es nicht unbedingt üppig war
Tee und Eier musste man bestellen und kam erst nach 10 Minuten
Wenn man schon fast fertig war
Besser wäre wenn heißes Wasser Teebeutel dort stehen wurden
Das gleiche gilt für die Eier, ob hartgekocht oder Rührei
Umständlich wenn man es erst bestellen muss

Séjour exceptionnel à La Réserve Resort. Tout était parfait : l’accueil chaleureux, le professionnalisme du personnel, la qualité des chambres et les installations de l’hôtel. Le cadre est magnifique, avec une atmosphère à la fois élégante et relaxante. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et le service irréprochable du début à la fin.

Une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
