De bar en het zwembad.

Cons:

Wij hadden een kamer met verbindingsdeuren (afgesloten) naar de naastgelegen kamer. Dit was zeer gehorig; we konden de gasten in de andere kamer letterlijk verstaan.

Maravilloso
Pros:

Estuvimos dos noches en este maravilloso hotel y la experiencia fue excelente. Todo muy limpio y el servicio impecable. Nos hospedamos por nuestro aniversario y quedamos encantados con los pequeños detalles, como la preparación de la cama y las rosas en el baño. Además, nos dieron un upgrade a una habitación amplia con balcón, vista al lago y una cama muy cómoda. Sin duda, volveremos. Gracias al personal por hacernos sentir mejor que en casa.

Cons:

El agua de la piscina podría estar un poco más calentita.
El desayuno está bastante costoso.

Aangenaam verblijf op een mooie locatie.
Pros:

Personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de massage was enorm goed!

Cons:

Het enigste minpuntje waren wat communicatie foutjes , het personeel deed wel hun uiterste best om dit volledig recht te zetten.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, heel proper, goeie bedden, prachtige wellness. Over hotel zelf enkel positieve feedback

Cons:

Enige minpuntje was feit dat in La Rigue restaurant bediening toch heel stroef liep. Het duurde 20 minuten voor we de menu kregen en voor we gevraagd werden wat we wouden drinken. Dit op een gewone weekavond in december met matige drukte. Zou niet mogen

Heerlijke verwennerij aan de Knokse kust

De ruime opzet, de inrichting van het hotel, de gebruikte materialen en het vriendelijke personeel.

De airco op onze kamer functioneerde niet zo goed als ie zou moeten

Très bel hôtel et surtout depuis la rénovation, mais certains manquements pour un hôtel de ce type

Magnifique réception, restaurant et bar depuis les travaux de rénovation.

Cons:

Sur les 2 cartes reçues pour accéder à la chambre, l'une d'entre elles ne fonctionnait pas / n'avait pas été activée correctement.
En ouvrant un des deux peignoirs mis à disposition dans la salle de bain, j'ai trouvé une grosse boule de cheveux accrochée au niveau du col... la vérification n'avait pas été faite après le nettoyage... cela donne une très mauvaise impression et un dégoût.
