semoga layanan ambience udara segarnya bisa diperbaiki agar tidak bau rokok

Makanan = enak tapi variasinya perlu ditambah.
Pool = sangat baik karena air bersih jernih dan anak2 sangat happy.
Playground = anak2 suka banget

Cons:

Kamar = masih bau sisa rokok dan itu sangat mengganggu untuk saya yang membawa anak.
Lorong kamar = masih bau rokok tolong dibersihkan agar tidak bau rokok.

Unpleasant, will never visit Bandung again

Hotel room good.

Cons:

The breakfast experience was very poor. The coffee and food were not warm, which made them unpleasant to consume. The menu lacked variety, as the same items were served every day. Considering that many travelers are from Singapore and Malaysia, it would be a great improvement to include more Asian cuisine options. We especially enjoy Indonesian food, and adding these choices would better suit the preferences of many guests and significantly enhance the breakfast experience.

Ottima posizione vicino al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria. Staff molto gentile.

Nella nostra camera non c’erano finestre che si potessero aprire. Ci sarebbe piaciuto far circolare aria in camera. I filtri del condizionatore non erano puliti
