良かったです。
Pros:

お部屋にあるくつろぎ着が大浴場に行く時もみっともなく行かれてよかったです。

Cons:

お部屋の清掃に関する希望の種類の説明が部屋になくフロントに電話で聞くしかなかった。不親切。

Pros:

1.住宿地點離北上站東口公車站距離非常近，搭車往花卷機場或夏油高原都非常方便。
2.退房後，大件行李可以寄放在櫃檯，服務非常貼心

とても良い宿です。
Pros:

室内がとても清潔であり、又、朝食がとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

立地上、仕方がないことは承知していますが、
あえて、良くなかった点をあげれば、
同僚と夕飯（飲み）のお店が、反対側に多い為、移動が大変でした。
