Emotional Support Dog. Conditions:
• Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.
• Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed.
• Guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.
• Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
• Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.
• Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Property is great, it feels like a nature pocket right outside Monterrey. There’s no pollution, everything is green, really great for realxing.
Rooms are paper thin. You can listen anyone walking right next to your room and everyone can listen to you. There’s no sense of privacy.
La atención
Las áreas verdes muy descuidadas y por la noche cero luz en la terraza daba miedo que hubiera animales lastima tiene una vista preciosa a la presa, y no la pude apreciar! otra cosa tuve que pagar más por mi habitación pues la que reservé era muy pequeña y pague un excedente por cambiar a una más amplia lo cual no contemple en mis gastos.

La habitación está muy chiquita
Excelente estancia para un fin de semana. El personal muy atento en todo momento. La comida y bebidas deliciosas. El spa es una super experiencia.

La vista y la comodidad de la Habitación. Además de las instalaciones, estaban muy bonitas y rodeadas de naturaleza. Me encantó que hubiera animalitos dentro del hotel. Inclusive patos en la piscina.
Que la habitación no tuviera un bote de basura y que por el diseño entraba mucha luz del pasillo por la ventana
