L’emplacement, le petit-déjeuner, la mise à disposition des vélos et la piscine.
Il n’y avait pas beaucoup de pression dans la douche. Il manquerait un petit étendoir dans les chambres pour pouvoir sécher ses affaires de plage/piscine.

The grounds were beautiful, well kept and inviting. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always yummy and filling. Great value
Blue Palm Bacalar is centrally located approx. 1 km from the main bus station. There are several nice restaurants and small shops close by. There is a 24h reception desk that welcomed us when we arrived. Reception staff was very attentive and supportive assisting us with tour planning and booking. Free bikes are also available for guests. The service throughout is excellent.
We booked a double room with a balcony. The room was modern, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. The big king-size bed has a comfortable mattress for a good night sleep. There is a good quality AC and a ceiling fan. The wardrobe is well-sized, enough space for two suite cases to be unpacked. The large bathroom features a big rain shower, toilet, and wash basin. A hairdryer was provided. The attentive personnel provides daily housekeeping, keeping everything spotlessly clean.
The beautiful and well-maintained garden centered around a spacious deep swimming pool creates a wonderfully calm atmosphere — perfect for relaxation. The location in general is super quiet, and mornings are filled with bird song.
Breakfast is freshly prepared in a quiet and calm setting, with a choice of warm dishes that are both filling and healthy. There are several vegetarian options available. The restaurant offers dinner that we can whole-heartedly recommend.
Overall, a fantastic experience with a genuine luxury feel. We enjoyed it very much and strongly recommend this place for a stay in Bacalar!
The mini fridge was rather noisy so we unplugged it during the night. The AC is positioned directly above the bed, which can feel too cold at night even in sleep mode. There were only six hangers for two people.

The property was a great location that was slightly out of the centre that gave it a spacious feel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive - presented us with an information sheet of recommendations and replied via WhatsApp instantly. The breakfast was really great, they give you so much and it’s very well made. The room was very comfortable and the pool area was a really relaxing space, very peaceful. We only stayed 3 nights and I wish we had stayed longer!
The only critique would be that we found the shower temperature in the room was difficult to control. However this can’t always be helped and it didn’t matter so much.

Quartos excepcionais, muito confortáveis e bem estruturados. Excelente infraestrutura com piscina, restaurante, bar e áreas de descanso. Fica a três quadras da praça principal e tem muitas opções de restaurantes e atrações próximas. O Eco Parque está a uma caminhada de distância e a equipe fantástica providencia passeios, transporte e ótimas dicas. O restaurante é um dos melhores que experimentamos na cidade, seja no café da manhã ou jantar.

Malgré l’heure du Check-out, j’aurais aimé quelques minutes pour prendre une douche au retour de la lagune, (Check out a 12h, on est revenu à 12h20), avant de prendre la route.
La personne de l’accueil m’a fait croire que la chambre n’était plus accessible, on a dû prendre une douche dehors. Très moyen comme « service », vu le prix de la chambre… quelques minutes n’auraient rien changé pour eux, mais énormément pour nous!
Prachtig zwembad, vriendelijk personeel en rustige vibe. Gratis fietsen die we konden gebruiken. De laatste dag moesten wij vroeg vertrekken en stelde ze zelf voor dat we het ontbijt als takeaway konden meenemen. Super vriendelijk en klantgericht!

Schöne, begrünte Anlage, komfortable Zimmer mit gemütlicher Hängematte auf dem Balkon, professionelle und engagierte Mitarbeiter. Ich empfehle ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage, dort hat man mehr Privatsphäre und das warme Wasser in der Dusche kommt schneller.
Der Pool sieht optisch schön aus, hat aber kaltes Wasser, deswegen waren wir kein einziges Mal schwimmen. Das Restaurant, in dem auch das Frühstück stattfindet, ist ein geschlossener Raum mit wenig Tageslicht und Frischluft. Schade! Man kann noch halb-draußen in der Bar frühstücken, ist aber auch nicht so gemütlich.
