Prachtig hotel op top locatie!
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, prachtige kamer! Faciliteiten waren super, kamer was erg mooi en schoon! Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt was ook top! Echte aanrader voor verblijf in Bacalar, locatie was super.

Pros:

De accommodatie ligt op een centrale plek in Bacalar. Onze kamer was mooi & schoon, daarnaast een airco aanwezig. Het is er rustig, waardoor goed kunnen slapen. Het zwembad is heerlijk en er zijn fijne ligbedden aanwezig om aan het zwembad te liggen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk & geven graag advies over de omgeving. Bij het hotel zijn fietsen aanwezig die je kan meenemen, wij vonden dit erg prettig. Het ontbijt & de bediening zijn erg goed.

Cons:

De waterdruk van de douche was wat aan de lage kant. Dit is echter slechts een klein detail en doet absoluut niets af aan onze algehele positieve ervaring.

Très bon hotel à Bacalar
Pros:

La qualité de l’hôtel : chambre, jardin, piscine, petit déjeuner et accueil au top.
L’emplacement est parfait et proche de la lagune et des restaurants. Vélo gratuit à disposition. Très bons conseils du boss. Vraiment un hotel à recommander.

Cons:

Juste le chant des coqs le matin et les aboiements de chien le soir: mais rien de bien gênant

Beste verblijf in Mexico.
Pros:

Wat een heerlijke plek. Alles is er fantastisch. Zowel de kamer, het zwembad, de tuin en ook het ontbijt. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam. Echt een plek waar je heerlijk tot rust komt.

Ottima struttura, vicina al centro e al mare, noleggio bici gratuito compreso nel prezzo, buonissima colazione e staff disponibile e soddisfacente a tutte le richieste

Cons:

L’unica cosa un po’ negativa è l’acqua del rubinetto che faceva fatica a venire giù del resto tutto benissimo

Beautiful boutique hotel for a romantic getaway.
Pros:

This beautiful hotel was so special. The room was lovely and comfortable, the breakfast was very good. I would also recommend eating lunch/ dinner at their bistro. Pool area and garden were stunning. Sam & Juan could not of made us more welcome & we totally fell in love with the Blue Palm & Bacalar.

Cons:

We couldn’t fault anything apart from having to leave the Blue Palm & we stayed 8 nights!

Fantastisch, hier zou ik zeker naar terug gaan!
Pros:

Hoe mooi en schoon het was. En het allerfijnste is de rust die het uitstraalt en die je ook voelt. Het ontbijt was lekker, medewerkers heel vriendelijk, goed verzorgd en heel goed bijgehouden. Echt fantastisch!

Cons:

Niet veel. Als ik een ding zou moeten noemen zou voor mij het hoofdkussen zijn. Het was goed, maar veel hoger dan gewend. Super persoonlijk!

La struttura è curata al massimo per il relax degli ospiti. Posto super tranquillo, piscina aperta fino a sera e ristorante all'interno della struttura.
Colazione super.
Camera pulita e spaziosa.
Possibilità di usufruire delle bici.
Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e a pochi minuti dalla fermata bus ADO.
Il personale sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza.
