Heart and soul in Dien Bien
Pros:

Eco Rose is an eco lodge with true heart and soul, run by the owner and his lovely family. He happens to be a good musician and excellent cook, while he and his family helped provide everything I needed during the stay. This is for anyone who is tired of standard 3-5 star hotel rooms but searching for something with character. Make sure to try his dinner!
