Pros:

Հիանալի հյուրանոց, որտեղ ամեն ինչ արված է բարձր մակարդակով։ Շատ գոհ եմ սենյակի հարմարավետությունից ու բացարձակ մաքրությունից։ Իսկ ամենակարևորը՝ սնունդն էր, որն ուղղակի հիասքանչ էր ու շատ համեղ։ Շնորհակալություն անձնակազմին հոգատար սպասարկման համար, անպայման էլի կվերադառնանք։

A comfortable and heartwarming place in the heart of Gyumri!
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, and we were offered the use of a special guest room, which was very convenient! The location is excellent: the hotel is right in the city center. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! The staff are very friendly, so any issue can be resolved very quickly! We were served a delicious breakfast in the morning! It is also great that the hotel has a restaurant where we had dinner; I really enjoyed their Armenian cuisine (I ordered the dolma, for example)! Additionally, both the restaurant and the hotel accept Rosselkhozbank UnionPay cards! I highly recommend this place to everyone as the best in Gyumri!
Мы приехали в отель раньше времени заселения, и нам предложили разместиться в специальной гостевой комнате, что было очень удобно! Расположение превосходное: отель находится в самом центре города. Комната была красивой, чистой и комфортной! Сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательны, поэтому любой вопрос может быть решен максимально быстро! Утром нам предложили вкуснейший завтрак! Важно, что при отеле есть и ресторан, где мы ужинали. Мне очень понравилось, как в ресторане готовят блюда армянской кухни (например, заказывал долму) ! Также в ресторане и отеле принимают карты Юнион Пэй Россельхозбанка! Всем рекомендую это место как лучшее в Гюмри!

Второй раз при путешествии по Армении выбор снова упал на эту гостиницу. Потому что, приветливый, отзывчивый администратор и весь персонал. чистота, хорошие завтраки, хорошее расположение

Очень цивильный отель в самом центре
Pros:

Очень крутой отель, номер очень красивый и комфортный. Всё на очень высоком уровне, звукоизоляция отличная, интерьер качественный, даже фирменные печенки в чайном наборе! Самый центр. Завтрак очень большой, я и половины не смог осилить.

Cons:

Даже и придраться не к чему. Только из-за того что центр с парковкой туго. Я конечно сразу рядом припарковался, но мне скорее повезло.

La posizione della struttura in pieno centro e l’affaccio sulla via principale. La camera molto graziosa. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

Qualche rumore per un ammodernamento al piano di sotto (che ormai sarà completato). Peccato per la mancanza dell’ ascensore.
