It was awful! Don’t go
It was closed! Called multiple times and no answer!!!
It even said it was available online for that night!
Finally got through and was told to go to another hotel. We took one look at it inside reception and walked back out on the streets and told them not a chance!
It was also 2 rooms instead of a family and second not a chance we would stay there with our family.
Best decision we made. We booked elsewhere for more than double the price (as last min) but it was safe and clean!
Do not waste your time. Had to send multiple messages to request a refund (did get it in the end).
It’s not worth the headache. This is completely fake. I have no idea why it’s still on booking.com when I complained. Look at other reviews, similar story. They show you a nice room then send you to a different hotel which looked shocking!
Location was very good as it was only 10 minutes walk to both the beach and to winter gardens- where I was attending a festival.
I arrived, and had to wait half hour before someone came and let me (and others) check in. Then I got into room and bathroom was not clean. There were only 2 sachets of coffee and milk for my 5 night stay (not even 1 coffee a day), hardly any loo roll in bathroom so I had to buy both loo roll and more coffee. Kettle was hard to fill due to the shape of tap. Also my door would not lock. They did try to fix it but told me the whole door would need replacing so I had to put up with a door that didn't lock for my whole stay. I am only grateful that my things were safe the whole time, but as a female solo traveller, I was not impressed.

Shit hole !
When I arrived at the booking in time there was about 10 others waiting, after 30 mins someone arrived to open the door. But as we tried to enter the room the previous guest was still in the room having a shower and refused to leave, when they did leave after 30mins the room was like a shithole, empty cans, bottles n takeaway food everywhere, so I still couldn't get in my room! In the end I finally got into my room hrs after I was supposed to! It was only the next morning when I woke and it was really dark that I realised there was no window in the room, surely that's illegal and a fire n Safety concern? Once the room had been cleaned I had no further problems, but it started bad which I always think first impressions are the most important! There was a family of 4 from Germany waiting with me at the booking in time, they'd placed their reservation last year, only to be told there was only room for two of them and the two teenagers had to go to another hotel some 15mins away in another part of town! The hotel representative just didn't seem concerned at all that they were going to split a family up who didn't speak great English in a English town! After much arguing another couple agreed to move from their room to the other hotel! But splitting a family isn't right, especially when you've booked and paid so far in advance! I will be looking at other hotels the next time I'm in Blackpool for the music festival, even if I have to pay extra!
Nobody in the hotel that was in charge, tea and coffee facilities were woeful, you had to supply your own ingredients and even a cup, no wardrobe or even a set of drawers, not even a hook on the back of the door, TV wouldn't switch off or change channels and was on mute permanently as I think it was the wrong controller in the room and it was hardwired into the wall so it was on 24hrs a day, but the lack of a window behind the curtain made it feel like I was in a prison cell!
It was close enough to Coral island . Toilet was downstairs on ground level.
The Room smell like Mould. Slugs & loads off little flying about.

Location was ok
No staff onsite. Had to get someone from the downstairs flat to ring owner to let us in, kept us waiting for 40 mins. One room hadn't been cleaned or bed changed. Other room key wouldn't open door, had to wait for a replacement & someone to bring WD40 for lock. Very basic but cheap for one nighy, wouldn't stay again.
