Pros:

Hôtel très cher par rapport à la qualité de la prestation. Les finitions des chambres ne sont pas parfaites mais la plage est un élément non négligeable dans le choix de cette établissement. Le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

Le prix All-inclusive est beaucoup trop élevé.

Excellent facilities, good food, friendly staff and direct access to a sandy & clean beach. Sufficient pool beds/chairs available.

Cons:

Hotel is not cheap, however it exceeded expectations, so value for money.

Pros:

Location was great. The staff were nice. The first room we checked in had a very heavy smell of humidity or mold but they accommodated us in a different room which was better.
We asked the property for beach chairs or lounger so we can be on the sand and everyone was saying yes when you need them by, we waited for 2 hours and no chairs. After several complaints they brought out 2 plastic loungers and said they only have 2.
I was very disappointed because if they didn’t have them just tell me you don’t have them due to the fact that people don’t ask for them I can understand that, but given me the rounds is unacceptable.

A few hours later we saw the staff bring 3 more loungers, that was were nice and we were very appreciative. Every morning the loungers were on the beach as we requested on the first day.

Food was ok. The best was traditional night.

Cons:

The room had a very heavy smell of humidity. There are no beach towels and at arrival had 2 loungers for the beach.
