The property was spacious, in good location.
The only thing you might want to add are couple of hooks for towels and clothes for upstairs shower.

Pros:

Great house to stay in Tokyo for a family, we had a bedroom for each one, and the kids loved it. 8-10 minutes walk to 2 different train stations or 500 yen if you are lazy to walk by a taxi, makes it easy to reach anywhere in Tokyo. Family mart supermarket gym restaurants and bars nearby. We stayed here 5 nights before leaving Japan, and it was a great way to finish it in a very large house with a garden and rooftop not far from the heart of Tokyo. We will definitely recommend and stay again.
