Pleasant stay with very helpful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine although it was very busy on the Sunday morning and some food had run out. They managed to get some more after a wait.

Cons:

We had difficulty getting the TV to work and we needed to get some staff to help. Unfortunately the picture continued to be very dark.

Pros:

We were there for a social event. The meal was delicious, the staff were lovely and the bedroom was a great size. The safe and fridge were a great extra.

Cons:

We found the room cold on arrival. We went out so it didn't matter so much. An extra pillow would have been helpful too.

Excellent budget hotel. My steak was perfectly cooked. Staff excellent.
Pros:

As a budget hotel the facilities,staff and food were excellent

Cons:

Being picky but the sink and shower water fine spray delivered little water.

Good price for a small suite. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Constant hum from the heating, presumably. I was at the end so may have been just that room. Common, though in some hotels.
Very short staffed. 1 person at breakfast and they were dealing with a conference as well.
Hottest the shower would go was just about warm enough but it needs to be hotter.

Very Dissapointjng.
Pros:

Good location and comfy bed.

Cons:

Poor quality food in the restaurant and took forever to serve the food. No coffee available for breakfast as the machine was faulty. Bathroom floor flooded when the shower was used.

Cons:

I booked a double room originally and then a mate phoned to say he wanted to go. I upgraded to a twin. The next morning he couldn’t go so I messaged the hotel to ask if I could revert back to the double. I didn’t get a reply. I phoned them directly and they said I could have the double but didn’t know about a refund for the difference. I arrived on Sat and they said I had to have a twin as no double available 😡
