Pros:

This was an ideal spot for a single night. Considering the price, everything was as expected. The included breakfast was very nice. We had an enjoyable and restful stay.

Cons:

The pool was not clean when we arrived but was done the next morning. The pictures online may be a bit old.

It is a good location, but realistically 15 min walk to the beach. Quiet, through out the night. Pool was nice

Leuke setting
Pros:

Nette en sfeervolle kamer in een leuke setting om een zwembad heen. De casa is gelegen aan de straat naar het strand wat lopend te doen is. Prima voor een paar nachten.

Plutôt type hostel, chambres donnent directement sur la rue bruyante, fenêtres pas du tout insonorisées, très cher pour ce qui est offert.

No me gustó que la habitación estaba en la entrada y fue muy ruidosa todo el tiempo o pudimos descansar. E. El baño no tenia ventana que cubriera y se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la calle

Perfect spot
Pros:

Surprising quiet being right on the main street and thin windows in the room.

The pool is very nice, in the sun when it comes up.

Breakfast was delicious coffee, waffles and a banana, perfect for light eaters.

Good parking for motorbikes, it is visible from the street but there are cameras and we had zero issues.

Beds were comfortable, a/c kept us nice and cool.

La distribución de las habitaciones alrededor de la piscina es muy agradable, se está muy agusto y se favorece mucho el contacto con otros huéspedes, pasamos muy buenos ratos allí , enseguida te encuentras muy cómodo, como en casa, tienes tu cocina en el patio para cocinar y tu lugar en el frigorífico para guardar tus cosas, varias noches cenamos allí en las mesas alrededor de la piscina después de un buen baño, y unas cervecitas frías , qué más se puede pedir!
Hemos disfrutado mucho en nuestra estancia y la aconsejamos vivamente, las habitaciones son amplias y de techo muy alto , AA y ventilador de techo, la decoración sencilla, pero agradable, nos gustó, cada día que pasas en la casa te encuentras más agusto y San Pancho es un lugar con mucho encanto que merece la pena conocer

Toda la casa me encanta, muy bien ubicada. Agradable ambiente.
El mantenimiento esta FATAL.
Mi aire no funcionó. Me pasaron a una con el baño afuera para mi es MUY incomodo.
Me prometieron reparar el aire y aun estoy esperando que me digan algo. Al menos una disculpa o información de que en quedaria en la misma habitación sin baño ni tv.
Entiendo que se daño el aire. Pero la comunicación es esencial

No es lo que ves en las imagenes.

La habitación es decente, con algunas plantitas, pero no se ve como en las fotos.

Cons:

Para empezar, no nos enviaron el código para entrar con anticipación. Tuvimos que llamar para que nos enviaran el codigo. El lugar en sí no se ve como en las imagenes, no tiene buena mantención. La alberca se ve sucia. La habitación no tenía jabón para lavar las manos, un factor higiénico que me parece indispensable para un hotel (según dicen) de 3 estrellas. Las toallas eran viejas y no secaban bien. El AC es muy antiguo y hace mucho ruido. El primer día no teníamos agua caliente pero lo arreglaron durante el día (sin avisarnos). Por último el desayuno es una broma.. creo que es mejor sacarlo porque no es más que un solo waffle seco y recalentado con algún jarabe dulce y la señora que te lo sirve no lo hace con tantas ganas. La cocina bien vieja y sucia, así que no recomiendo cocinar en el lugar.

el pueblo costero , muy seguro , una playa excelente aunque oleaje fuerte , la gente agradable . entrada autónoma

Pros:

Instalaciones amplias y de acuerdo a precio, muy limpio. La alberca es genial para cerrar la noche. El ventilador de techo es algo ruidoso pero también tiene aire acondicionado. El desayuno es más bien ligero. Lo que no me gustó es que no te entregan llaves de la casa y que se guarde en una caja de combinación en la entrada. Mi mamá nunca entendió como poner la clave por lo que no podía entrar y salir sola.
Sin embargo, volvería a elegir este hospedaje.
