Pros:

There is nothing for me to like about this hotel

Cons:

None of the hotel staff could speak English, and it was very difficult to communicated.Hotel is a long way masjid nabawi and needs taxis to travel from and to the masjid nabawi.
Hotel management double booked our rooms with booking.com and privately.
they made us leave Hotel /12/2025 one day early. Therefore, we had to move out again and find another place to stay, which has been difficult and stressful.
it was a truly bad experience

Cons:

J’avais réservé l’hôtel ANASAT deux mois à l’avance. À mon arrivée, malgré le numéro et le code de réservation, on m’a annoncé que l’hôtel était complet et on m’a demandé d’aller chercher un autre hébergement.

Pour moi, cette situation a été très décevante et stressante. Sur la base de mon expérience personnelle, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Selon moi, ce genre de pratique ne devrait pas exister sur les plateformes de réservation.

Wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Rooms were big and had lots of space
The porter was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The windows were not sound proof and the loud noise from the busy road made it difficult to sleep all night. They don’t provide toiletries which is ok but every morning i had to ask them for toilet roll and they just gave a box of tissues so not very helpful. No clean towels or basic refreshments provided considering the daily rate of room. Furniture was broken the bedside cabinets were damaged and the room walls were dirty.
