Pros:

Tudo perfeito! Quarto maravilhoso, ótimo tamanho, equipe super atenciosa, empáticos... viajar com uma pessoa que tem claustrofobia não é fácil, principalmente no Japão onde muitas escadas de incêndio não podem ser acessadas, mas a equipe do Hotel AO Kanazawa, liberava a escada para minha esposa e subiam com ela. Foi um cuidado que não esperávamos receber mesmo. Quarto super limpo e confortável, TOTO washlet de última geração, a favorita da viagem kkkk além de ótima localização. Recomendo demais!

サウナ付きのお部屋が最高でした。お部屋のミニバーに入っていたワインもシードルも美味しくいただきました。
朝食は和食をいただきましたが、酢重のレストランと同じレベルでとても美味しかったです。
金沢観光の拠点にするのは最高のローケーションですが、その分窓から見える景色は（兼六園は見えますが)大通りです。ただ、車の音は別に気にならなかったです。アメニティの香りもとてもよかったです。

Hotel AO is a great property if you plan to take in the sites of Kanazawa!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel AO Kanazawa. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were also very nice and spacious. Very happy with the housekeeping schedule. We did not need a daily cleaning, but very much appreciated the clean set of towels each day, as well as the water.

Your location also is great. We were able to get around to most destinations in the city by walking, which we enjoyed. Overall, we had a very nice experience in Kanazawa and would like to visit again.

Cons:

The only thing we missed at your property would be on onsen. However, we did appreciate the pajamas, slippers and all the other Japanese amenities, which made us feel very comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful rooms with clean lines and very clever use of space. Great having a lovely little restaurant in the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

Pros:

Fantastic modern hotel in a prime location by Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Gardens, with Higashi Chaya within walking distance. Exceptional Japanese breakfasts and lunch sets super comfortable beds, friendly staff with good English, and a lovely complimentary minibar.

Schöne Ausstattung
Pros:

Supertolles modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, liebevoll präsentierten kleinen Geschenkchen. Sehr sauber und komfortabel sowie super Lage neben dem Kenroku-en Garten. Ins Geishaviertel geht Esszimmer Fuss etwa in 10-15minuten.

期待しすぎずに行くと大満足できるお宿だと思います！
Pros:

観光地にも近く、スタッフの方が親切でした。また、大きいプロジェクターが備えられており、冷蔵庫内のドリンクも一緒に楽しめたのが良かったです。

Cons:

サウナ付きのお部屋に泊まらせていただきましたが、サウナ内はドアの下の方から若干室外の空気が入り込むようでした。ここが悪い、という点があったわけではないですが、お値段と比較すると、、、という今回の評価です。

Pros:

La vicinanza ai due siti di maggiore attrazione turistica di Kanazawa, ossia il castello e i giardini Kenroku-en. Dalla stazione meglio prendere un taxi.
La camera in stile giapponese, pur senza finestra, è raccolta ma veramente molto bella, con i futon al piano rialzato. Molto bello anche il bagno e il wc giapponese.

Cons:

A differenza delle recensioni, ho trovato l’atmosfera e lo staff un po’ rigidi e sostenuti, al netto della cordialità tipica giapponese.
Non c’era un forno a microonde, mi è stato comunque riscaldato ciò che volevo riscaldare ma mi è stato fatto presente che avrei dovuto consumare nella mia camera, cosa che avrei comunque fatto a prescindere.
