Would have been nice if not for the car park issue. This is the only issue that will make me think twice of coming back.
Pros:

Availability of onsen, futon beds, not having to use a room key, the drinks bar, the efficacy & availability of the laundry services and laundry press.

Cons:

No on site parking . This caused us a lot of inconvenience and a one hour delay in our schedule. The car park coupon given us did not work; we parked at Tokachi; and I had to ask for help from the security guard from another hotel who then had to call the car park maintenance person to let me out. I couldn’t speak Japanese which didn’t help. There wasn’t this problem at the 4 other hotels I have been to.
