Pros:

Nichts! Bei Ankunft war die Tür zur Wohnung offen. Es ht nach Rauch gerochen und es war unordentlich. Nach einiger Zeit hat dann jemand mehr mals sehr stark gegen die Tür getreten und gebrüllt, dass er rein will. Wir denken, dass die Person schon vorher in der Wohnung war. Aufgrund der Situation haben wir dann unsere Sachen gepackt und sind aus der Wohnung raus, weil wir uns mit unserer kleinen Tochter nicht sicher gefühlt haben. Um 24 Uhr mussten wir uns dann noch eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Arbio war nicht bereit die dadurch entstandenen Mehrkosten zu tragen. Das ist sehr enttäuschend, da dies bei anderen Anbietern wie Airbnb immer ohne Probleme funktioniert. Ich kann den Anbieter und die Wohnung auf keinen Fall empfehlen, wenn man eine sichere Unterkunft haben möchte.

Gute Lage, bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Duschsituation in Apt. 401: Überschwemmtes Zimmer und dadurch durchweichte Ersatzklorolle, die sich zu nah am Boden befindet. Handtücher verwendet, um Schlimmeres zu verhindern (deswegen das Angebot für weitere Handtücher 😉?)
Nicht möglich zu duschen ohne Überschwemmung.
(Und nun ist klar, warum unserem Freund ein weiteres Zimmer aufgrund eines Wasserschadens im Vorfeld storniert wurde.)
Dachschrägen ungeeignet für große Menschen.
Kein Spültab für die Spüli.

Die Ausstattung, Lage und Gestaltung war toll.
Besonders die Waschmaschine mit Wäscheständer.

Cons:

Das Dachfenster hat bereits schimmel, das sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Der Fehrnsehr aus dem Nebenzimmer war leider recht laut zu hören.

Die Lautstärke Nachts in der Stadt und im Treppenhaus
Das alles etwas gerochen hat, die Waschmaschine geschimmelt war und die Wohnung nicht wirklich gut gereinigt war
Die Austattung hielt sich ebenfalls in Grenzen

Pros:

Ho soggiornato presso Arbio Central Apartments per cinque notti ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. La struttura è centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Stadtmitte, dalla Zentralplatz (dove passano molte linee di autobus) e dal centro storico della città, e con molti bar, ristoranti e negozi a pochi passi. L'appartamento in cui alloggiavo anche se non grandissimo, era perfettamente attrezzato (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, vari elettrodomestici da cucina, smart TV...), arredato con gusto e pulito. Ho particolarmente apprezzato anche la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff nelle comunicazioni prima e durante il mio soggiorno.

Cons:

Durante il mio soggiorno l'ascensore non funzionava, ma mi era stato segnalato. Se si hanno bagagli pesanti può essere utile verificare.

Cons:

Zugang über doch in die Jahre gekommenen Treppenhaus. Aufzug defekt.

Centrally located and well-equipped, but let down by cleanliness, noise, and utility issues.
Pros:

The room is big enough and has a Nespresso machine/washing machine. It's also located in central Koblenz. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The floor was not clean. Hot water is only from the heater, so you need to plan ahead for having a shower.
The outside door lock password didn't work all of a sudden, but after, like, more than 30 minutes of waiting, the issue was resolved. Due to central location and a busy street, it was loud at night and we couldn't sleep well (windows are not noise proof)

Pros:

Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location, tucked away where I felt safe. Sure it's a little loud, but it's the centre, what do you expect? And closing the windows blocks out most of the noise, so I slept like a log.
I just have to thank the staff, I had a whole freak out over the door because it didn't open the way I
expected. The owners were easy to contact and sent
a guy out to help me. Thankyou so much for your professionalism, hospitality and kindness.

Aangenaam, centraal gelegen.
Pros:

De locatie was proper, ruim, comfortabel en aantrekkelijk ingericht.

De toegangsdeur was moeilijk te openen, de lift was kapot.

Die Wohnung konnte nicht bezogen werden. Das wurde mir aber erst abends nach zweimaliger Nachfrage und langer Wartezeit in der Warteschleife mitgeteilt. Hätte mich nicht ein freundliches Ehepaar ins Gebäude gelassen hätte ich im Regen vor der Tür gestanden.
