Geen oog dicht gedaan
Pros:

Het appartement is comfortabel en compleet uitgerust. Je zit op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Je kunt tegen €20 per dag parkeren in de nabij gelegen parkeergarage.

Cons:

Het appartement werd aangeprezen met 1 slaapkamer terwijl het gewoon één grote ruimte is (niet echt een probleem maar niet netjes). De ramen kijken uit op de winkelstraat en functioneren slecht/niet. Zelfs op een doordeweekse dag heb je de hele avond en nacht last van luidruchtige mensen in de straat en heel vroeg in de ochtend komt de schoonmaakploeg met veel lawaai door de straat. De ramen dicht helpt niet echt en maakt het benauwd (er is geen airco). Er klinkt met regelmaat een piep van een rookmelder op de gang. Voor ons geen probleem maar de lift is stuk en je moet dus twee etages met de trap. Arbio is erg scheutig met mailtjes.

Pros:

Netjes, ruim, compleet ingericht met wasmachine, keuken enz

Cons:

Het was erg en geen airco. Wel een grote ventilator. Geen lift (3e etage)

Die Staff sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Leider befindet das Hotel sich neben einer Döner Laden und es war sehr laut in der Nacht. Ich konnte nicht gut schlafen.

Very nice apartment in a central location
Pros:

The apartment is in a central location. It is well equipped with different kinds of kitchen utensils and bathroom facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the fan was very welcome as the weather was hot during my stay. I would recommed this apartment.

Cons:

The shower screen is too small and only covers a fraction of the shower so that the floor was flooded after every shower.

Lekker centraal
Pros:

Midden in de stad. Compleet ingericht, wasmachine, kookplaat, koelkast, magnetron. Erg fijn.

Cons:

Het was een beetje benauwd in het appartement. Nou was het al een week erg heet...
Gelukkig was er wel een ventilator. Die gaf ook white noise om de piep van de lege batterij in de rookmelder te verbloemen.

Alles in allem, war es ein schönes Apartment. Liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet!

Die Unterkunft lag zentral und war toll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht.

Cons:

Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn der Fahrstuhl funktioniert hätte.

Nice to have - der Hinweis, dass der Knopf für warmes Wasser zu drücken ist, wäre super an der Duschwand. Dann hätten wir die Eisdusche erspart. Wobei sie bei dem Wetter gut tat ;)

Gut ausgestattetes Appartment, zu dem man über ein wenig vertrauenerweckendes Treppenhaus gelangt
Pros:

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment mitten in der Fußgängerzone mit allem, was es braucht. Hab mich besonders über die Nespresso-Maschine gefreut und darüber, dass auch genügend Kapseln da waren und sogar Kaffemilch (aber: auf das Ablaufdatum achten!). Ich war nur 1 Nacht da, aber mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine und Kochzubehör scheint mir auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt alles da zu sein. Einrichtung ist nicht super hochwertig, trotzdem modern.

Cons:

Dass die Bewertungen hier eher mäßig ausfallen, liegt wohl an der äußeren Erscheinung des Hauses und dem kaputten Treppenhaus mit dem offenbar dauerhaft kaputten Aufzug, was alles nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend wirkt und den ersten Eindruck natürlich prägt. In der Wohnung selbst war aber alles gut. Das gesamte Haus mit 4 Stockwerken ist offenbar fest in der Hand einer einzigen Appartement-Agentur. Da wäre es natürlich schön, man könnte vorab wählen, in welchem Stockwerk man am Schluss landet. Im 4. Stock hatte es sich schon recht aufgeheizt. Schlafen ist da nur bei weit geöffnetem Fenster möglich - daher Ohrstöpsel und Schlafmaske mitbringen! Auch Treppensteigen ist ja nicht jedermanns Sache.

Leider hat der Aufzug nicht funktioniert und wir mussten 2 schwere Koffer bis in den 3. Stock tragen. Es sah so aus als

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung. Bett sehr bequem. Optisch ansprechende Wohnung.

Cons:

Aufzug der seit längerem wohl nicht funktioniert. Teures Handtuch wechseln 15€. Lieber in der Stadt für 5€ kaufen und dann behalten 😉

Read everything before you decide to stay here. The elevator does not work and 4th floor..good luck!
Pros:

Room was nicely appointed and clean.

Cons:

Although the room is a non smoking room, we are non smokers and could smell that people had been smoking in our room before. The alley to the hotel door was littered with garbage and was disgusting.
