Pros:

Sehr saubere Wohnung. Kein Gemecker . Würde ich immer wieder für Kurztripp empfehlen.

Cons:

Zugang über doch in die Jahre gekommenen Treppenhaus. Aufzug defekt.

Centrally located and well-equipped, but let down by cleanliness, noise, and utility issues.
Pros:

The room is big enough and has a Nespresso machine/washing machine. It's also located in central Koblenz. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The floor was not clean. Hot water is only from the heater, so you need to plan ahead for having a shower.
The outside door lock password didn't work all of a sudden, but after, like, more than 30 minutes of waiting, the issue was resolved. Due to central location and a busy street, it was loud at night and we couldn't sleep well (windows are not noise proof)

Pros:

Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location, tucked away where I felt safe. Sure it's a little loud, but it's the centre, what do you expect? And closing the windows blocks out most of the noise, so I slept like a log.
I just have to thank the staff, I had a whole freak out over the door because it didn't open the way I
expected. The owners were easy to contact and sent
a guy out to help me. Thankyou so much for your professionalism, hospitality and kindness.

Ich würde wieder in dieses Apartment ziehen, wenn ich in Koblenz bin.
Pros:

Die Lage war ideal. Komplett mittendrin in Koblenz. Super.
Und obwohl Ohrstöpsel bereit lagen, brauchten wir keine. Es war sehr angenehm zu schlafen.

Cons:

Da gab es nichts!

Die Wohnung konnte nicht bezogen werden. Das wurde mir aber erst abends nach zweimaliger Nachfrage und langer Wartezeit in der Warteschleife mitgeteilt. Hätte mich nicht ein freundliches Ehepaar ins Gebäude gelassen hätte ich im Regen vor der Tür gestanden.

De toegangsdeur was moeilijk te openen, de lift was kapot.

Value for money. Net en proper appartement.

Cons:

De ingang is moeilijk te vinden. De toegang ligt in een verkeersvrije buurt. Dit had ik graag op voorhand geweten. Alsook dat de publieke parkings geen motoren laten parkeren.

Fijn en centraal
Pros:

Wij hebben van twee heerlijke nachten genoten! Het appartement ligt ideaal en de service was uiterst vriendelijk. Niet via de telefoon bereikbaar, maar wel goed via Booking.com.

Cons:

Tip: zet op tijd het warme water aan voor een lekkere douche. En het water loopt slecht weg, dus een handdoek op de grond is belangrijk.

Aangenaam appartement, prima locatie, maar als je optijd je bed in zou gaan kan je wel licht storend geluid krijgen van
Pros:

Het was pal in het winkelcentrum van Koblenz waardoor je overal gemakkelijk bent, alles aanwezig van microgolf tot wasmachine.

Cons:

De lift was kapot, het warm water werkte de 1ste dag niet naar behoren (je moet eerst op een knop op de boiler duwen voor warm water, maar dit werkte de eerste dag niet zo goed)

Pros:

Das Appartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man es hier gut aushalten.

Cons:

Die Dusche wird erst warm, wenn man vorher den Boiler angestellt hat. Es gibt keine Parkplätze, das Parkhaus kostet 20,-. Wie immer bei Arbio wartet man wochenlang auf die Rechnung und muss immer wieder dran erinnern. Dann antwortet eine KI. Zum Ausrasten! Das ist nichts für Geschäftsreisende.
