Pros:

Super cute little room. Perfect for one til three days of stay. The pool and hanging out area is super nice. The staff was very helpful especially when we need a hanger- they built it for us to dry our clothes! Very mindful people :)

Pros:

- Very nice and relaxing patio, hostel is located in a beautiful building.
- There were plenty of common showers and toilets that were clean and well maintained.

Cons:

- The staff was not at all flexible. We booked an extra room and while they had plenty of free rooms that were the same we had to switch rooms by checking out at 11 am and checking back in at 3pm.
- Difficult to cook a proper meal since there was only one fire pit.
- The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and small voor 2 persons.

Pros:

Great experience! The private room upgrade (1k peso more) was worth every cent. The room was huge, clean, and had a kitchen. The staff are very friendly and made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed the extra space!

Pros:

El Hostal es una pasada, es súper fancy, la piscina está súper limpia, me ha encantado la decoración en general y sobre todo la naturaleza de la zona común, es un sitio muy acogedor.
Todo está súper limpio, la cocina tiene de todo para poder cocinar allí.
El personal fue muy amable, atento y cordial, siempre pendientes de que estés bien.

Cons:

La habitación es bastante pequeña y para una pareja con maletas y demás, se queda un poco corta, ya que nos faltaba espacio.

el cuarto no tiene ventilación, parece una cueva

El hotel es muy lindo, tiene una hermosa piscina interior.

Cons:

El cuarto esta mal diseñado. No tiene ventilación, aunque cuenta con un ventilador. pero no tiene ventana ni rendija... al dormir... se siente encerrado... le pusieron una coladera de ducha como "ventilación" no es suficiente... mal su diseño. Al la hora del check out, se lo comenté a la chica de recepción y muy "empaticamente" me dijo "ese cuarto tiene ventilador, tienes que pagar el de aire acondicionado" PERO yo no quiero una de aire acondicionado, quiero una normal sólo que tenga ventilación y no se sienta encerrado como una cueva. Quizás el dueño duerme en cuevas y por eso piensa que todos los viajeros dormimos así. Tuvimos que dormir con la puerta abierta... Mal diseño de la construcción del cuarto, en vez de ponerle ventana le pusieron una coladora de menos de 10 cms de diametro como ventilación. La habitación es sofocante, y para los 38 grados que hace de noche en valladolid, yucatan... Oxalá un dia la empleada que me dijo que tenía que pagar una habitación con aire acondicionado duerma ahi, oxalá un día el dueño duerma ahi para que entienda el mal diseño del cuarto... pena de ese detalle, y de esa respuesta de servicio con el hotel tan lindo...

Magnifique cadre. La cour avec piscine est splendide et très agréable. La cuisine est pratique.

Cons:

La chambre n avait pas de fenêtre, impossible d aérer ou de faire sécher son essuie et son maillot. Nous avions une chambre sans climatisation et le ventilateur faisait un bruit terrible. Je conseille une chambre avec la climatisation.

Parfait pour un jeune couple !

Si je dois mettre un point négatif ça serait sur le petit déjeuner.

Un peu chère sachant que l’on déjeune mieux au petit café situé au fond de la place.

Pros:

De location is a little from the center and can feel a bit unsafe for a woman alone at night. But its walkable. The girls of the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The hygiene was horrible. We stayed 4 nights and chose this place because reviews said it was super clean and the pool area was nice. The showers and pool were cleaned ONCE during our stay. Disgusting. Bunch of dead leaves in and around the pool, spiderwebs on beds. The area being moist causing lots of mosquitoes and other bugs. We expected the room to be small, but it was extremely small. Could open only one suitcase and then no one can walk.
