quite a large room.
Good location, staff friendly
My room had on one working light and had a sky light which the blind didn’t close probably so couldn’t block out light. I had an eye mask so wasn’t terrible but was disappointing. My room was on 4th floor and lift only went to 3rd, corridor on the way to the room wallpaper was ripping off. Could use a spruce up.
Location, location, location. There was coffee and tea available in the room, good Wi-Fi, comfortable bed.
What was there not to like?
The bed was comfortable, great staff
Handy for bus and rail stations
The room we had a funny smell and was tired and dated. Had to crack the window open to air it.
The shower wall was tatty with mould, the bathroom floor tiles very old and looked bad.
The toilet itself had a crack in the side of it.
Clean and in good order. I would say my room had been recently decorated with new carpet and bedding. Pretty good value given its location. Breakfast was really good.
Old building so some compromises made in en-suite facilities. Shower not good for taller people like me!
Great location. Upgraded to a superior room which had an amazing shower.
Location
a good hotel to use when in the area, parking at hotel had a fee which was unexpected but necessary
Staff friendly and helpful.
Food was good
Nothing
Smashing one nighter. Slept like a log (unfortunately missed breakfast). Cosy room with ample storage. Iron&board a nice touch. Modern bathroom that hit the spot.
Breakfast times a bitty on the early side,
Location
Room on a slope
Very good budget hotel. Central in Aberdeen. A good base for a short stay.
Nothing
Easy to reach from the station, central location.
Rooms old and tired. Stains on the carpet. TV didn't work in my room. I didn't complain about it as I was there 1 night only for a function.
Pretty basic. Lighting not great and not very many accessible plug sockets. No way tonplug the kettle in without putting it on the floor underneath the dressing table.
So central dog friendly.
