Cons:

Had to move rooms as bathroom was not clean. Stains in bath and mould round windows and hairs in bath. Rooms very dated. Could not find tea abd coffee making facilities till we were leaving. It was in wardrobe

Pros:

Staff were excellent,very helpful and polite. The breakfast was really good. Location for train station and city centre couldn't be better!!!

Cons:

Nothing really. Heating in our room wasn't on when we arrived meaning room was very cold, but that was soon sorted once it was mentioned to reception.

Trip to Aberdeen
Pros:

Front of house and restaurant staff very were efficient. And friendly

Cons:

First room was filthy .rubbish under the bed .hairs and dirt on the pillows.Got upgraded .New room holes in the towels .Chipped cups In room .House keeping never replaced tea coffee milk toilet rolls etc .even with us staying 3 nights.

Pros:

We were “upgraded” to a deluxe room without asking and for no extra charge. However, the room’s window was high up the wall facing a roof and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. In addition, there was a drip that was really loud and made it difficult to sleep. The TV remote control also didn’t work and the staff weren’t helpful.

Le fait que l hôtel soit en façe de la gare, le buffet du petit déjeuner et l intérieur de l hôtel joliment décoré.

Cons:

Mis a part l accueil sympathique, le reste laisse à désirer. La chambre est vieille avec la salle de bain dans son jus avec une robinetterie datant des années 70, des joints sanitaires sales. Pas de double vitrage dans les chambres. Une cale en bois pour maintenir la fenêtre ouverte. Une moquette en mode paris-dakar avec des bosses et des trous et un parquet en dessous qui craque. Une literie avec des ressorts que l on ressent dans le dos.

Room 402 small and cold
Pros:

The location was as always excellent very central with good bus links and staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room we were in had a faulty catch on the window in the bedroom. It was very windy and the window would not stay closed. There was no heating in this room and this let what would have been a great stay a let down. We have used this hotel many times before and never had a reason to give nothing but a positive review. We hope any future stays at this hotel will be a pleasant experience and this has been a problem we won't encounter again. We come to the hotel usually 3 times a year to meet relatives and have high tea which I would highly recommend

Pros:

La ubicación espectacular, justo en el centro y enfrente de la estación de tren y de autobuses de Aberdeen. Además, el personal excelente, las instalaciones super super limpias y las camas comodísimas. En el restaurante del hotel comimos super bien, una experiencia genial. Repetiría sin ninguna duda.
