Perfect stay in a winter wonderland
Pros:

Great hotel, location, facilities. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cosy with surreal views from the balcony and surroundings. Tasty breakfast buffet too!

Cons:

Would be good for sauna to be included as standard for all hotel guests, especially with how much you’re paying for a room.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Aurora Hütte im Star Arctic Hotel war einfach traumhaft. Die Hütte ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich – mit einem tollen Glasdach, durch das man direkt in den Himmel schauen kann.

Das absolute Highlight: Wir haben Polarlichter direkt vom Bett aus gesehen 😍🌌 – ein magischer Moment, den wir nie vergessen werden!

Alles war sehr sauber, ruhig und perfekt organisiert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück bzw. Restaurantangebot war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Ja, eine Nacht ist nicht günstig – aber jeder Euro ist es wert. Dieses Erlebnis bekommt man nicht überall

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, sängyt olivat erinomaiset ja petivaatteet tahrattomia.

Cons:

Lattia oli todella kylmä, sisustus oli jäänyt hieman kolkoksi. Revontuli kodissa voisi olla epäsuora valaistus.

The location on top of the fell offers amazing and unique views. Staff is exceptionally considerate. Best staff I encountered on my trips so far. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The distance to the city center. The city center was almost unreachable due to limited public transportation.
