El personal es maravilloso, muy amable y cálido. La ubicación perfecta para admirar la naturaleza y los alimentos deliciosos.

Olor persistente a alcantarilla por la piscina y en los alrededores de nuestra habitación.
El alojamiento es precioso, con vistas muy lindas, cómodo, amplio, el personal super atento y amable, tuvieron muchos detalles con nosotros La piscina y el jacuzzi excelentes, tenían batas para salir de ellos y no sentir frío. El desayuno continental es muy poco, hay que comprar allí pero es bueno!
El alojamiento está en un pueblo que se llama Santa Catalina de Palopo, entonces cuando intentamos salir el 15 de setiembre temprano, no pudimos porque la calle estaba bloqueada por los desfiles, no había otra forma de salir porque esa calle estaba bloqueada muy angosta, hay que pasar por ahí para poder llegar al hotel !

A beautiful hotel, the details and design of the hotel made it a little like heaven. Watching the sunset over Lake Atitilan with lightning dancing in the sky was magical. The staff were fantastic,

La relación calidad-precio falla un poco. El desplazamiento por las instalaciones es muy incómodo, hay muchas escaleras. La habitación era muy pequeña y el mobiliario y decoración de la misma no estaban a la altura del precio del hotel.
Everything. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and a piece of heaven. Both restaurants are amazing. The location gives it one of the best views on Atitlan. You can easily paddleboard on the lake. There are two pools with one infinity and amazing views. The service was absolutely perfect from start to finish. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. An absolute gem.

Casa Palopó completely won us over!! The beautiful design, breathtaking location, stunning lake views and peaceful atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. The restaurant and its service were excellent.
The only small area for improvement would be the pool service, as there was no service to order drinks or cocktails while relaxing by the pool. A minor detail that, if improved, would make the experience absolutely perfect.

Loved the Staff and food at both restaurants and the hotel but be prepared to walk up and down stairs. It's on the side of a mountain if you didn't know. Would I stay there again, you bet, in a heartbeat. It's that good. Take the helicopter though, it's a long ride from Antigua or Guatemala City by taxi.
I should mention, while there are many stairs/steps throughout the property, the hotel staff is very accommodating and will zip you up and down in their cart anytime and anywhere you need it. There is a funicular that will take you to the lake level.
Soooo many stairs if you want to go up or down the mountain, but the hotel is not an issue.
