Great location & friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the hotel was very clean and well presented. Excellent location.

Cons:

There is a loud pumping sound whenever water is being used which can be annoying but other than that our stay was brilliant

Da localizaçao do hotel, central, da simpatia da funcionaria da recepção e do conforto das camas.

Cons:

Tinhamos contratado um quarto duplo com duas camas e deram-nos um quarto com 3 camas onde mal nos podíamos mexer, justificando nao haver mais quartos disponiveis, quando nao parecia estarem mais hospedes no hotel. No w.c. estava uma fronha de almofada suja quando chegámos. O pequeno almoço embora fresco era fraco. Quando fomos pagar com cartão pediram-nos mais uma percentagem, o que nunca fora referido na reserva. Quando dissemos que iríamos fazer uma reclamaçao aqui, retiraram o pagamento dessa percentagem.

Not worth the money and problem with sewage smell
Pros:

It was in the centre of the town

Cons:

There reception was unattended when arriving and door was locked. No information of when person would be there. When getting into the room it had a very strong sewage smell, which even with the windows open it was strong. Had to close windows due to street noise which made the smell worse! Couldn’t sleep because the smell was so bad.
