Pros:

Location is just next to the Kumily bus depot. So, it's very easy to catch a bus or auto rikshaw. Perriyer tiger reserve parking area is 15 min walk. All the restaurants are with in 5 min walking.

Cons:

Reception Lady staff has no knowledge about the property. She is totally confused and very very poor communication. Doesn't understands a single English word. Room is full of mosquitos. Every time power goes off, you have to call the care taker to start generator. Not recomanded for family, children.

I love them.
Pros:

Awesome staff. They are kind, they helped me on all what I needed, gave me good advices while I was there.They can search à jeep tour for you at advantageous prices. Woman travelling solo, I felt more respected here than a lot of those cosy hotels. They integrated me in their activities. It’s one of the my cherished memories of Kerala.
It’s a modest hotel, sheets were clean and I had no bugs.

Cons:

Cleanliness was good for India, in my trip experience context. Do not expect here the occidental standards.
