Pros:

Отличный , чистый отель. Хорошее расположение в центре, всё в пешей доступности. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал.

Cons:

Не хватала воздуха в номере, так как нет окон. И вторая проблема -это звукоизоляция. Наш номер находился рядом в холле,где есть бар и ресепшен. Люди сидели , разговаривали до часу ночи и позже. Поэтому выспаться было не реально.

Удобное расположение, в тихом переулке. Свежий ремонт, Всё чисто, постель как дома! Отличная цена!
Pros:

Лучшее соотношение цена-качество! Есть большие номера на 6 чел - очень удобно! Расположен 4 мин ходьбы от Площади Революции. Ночью тишина, выспаться можно! Отель после ремонта, чистый, свежий. Новое постельное белье, уютные кровати, белоснежные полотенца. Завтрак накрывали порционно - яйцо или яичница с пюре, гречкой или рисом и салат (три дня были разные гарниры) + чай, кофе, йогурт, апельсины и яблоки. В отеле было тихо, отдыхающих мало, мы приходили на завтрак поздно, еда была холодной, но вкусно! Дети съедали всё. Если будем снова в Ереване, с удовольствием для большой компании выберем этот мини-отель

Pros:

Staff were so friendly! The breakfast option was delicious and had different meals each day. Super nice lady at the breakfast area who was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and was turned around often. Stayed with two adults and 2 kids for 7 days and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds! Walking distance to central Yerevan. Would stay again!

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam

Cons:

Matrassen waren erg hard en de douche overstroomde een beetje. Het ontbijt was spartaans krachtvoer en wij kozen ervoor buiten de deur te eten.
