Удобное расположение, в тихом переулке. Свежий ремонт, Всё чисто, постель как дома! Отличная цена!
Pros:

Лучшее соотношение цена-качество! Есть большие номера на 6 чел - очень удобно! Расположен 4 мин ходьбы от Площади Революции. Ночью тишина, выспаться можно! Отель после ремонта, чистый, свежий. Новое постельное белье, уютные кровати, белоснежные полотенца. Завтрак накрывали порционно - яйцо или яичница с пюре, гречкой или рисом и салат (три дня были разные гарниры) + чай, кофе, йогурт, апельсины и яблоки. В отеле было тихо, отдыхающих мало, мы приходили на завтрак поздно, еда была холодной, но вкусно! Дети съедали всё. Если будем снова в Ереване, с удовольствием для большой компании выберем этот мини-отель

Pros:

Staff were so friendly! The breakfast option was delicious and had different meals each day. Super nice lady at the breakfast area who was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and was turned around often. Stayed with two adults and 2 kids for 7 days and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds! Walking distance to central Yerevan. Would stay again!

Cons:

Matrassen waren erg hard en de douche overstroomde een beetje. Het ontbijt was spartaans krachtvoer en wij kozen ervoor buiten de deur te eten.

My reservation was for a private room. However, just a couple days before my arrival, I was informed the room was unavailable. The manager gave me the option to stay in a hostel room all by myself or to go elsewhere. Given the constraint of time, I did agree to stay in a hostel room, which to my dismay was nothing like the online pictures. The beds were extremely short (I am only 5'4) and very narrow. There was no chair, desk or table in this very dark room. Had I been informed about these conditions or seen a picture, I would have made other arrangements. The hotel has to be transparent about this.

Owful experience
Pros:

The worst experience in my life. Location was good but I have booked deluxe hotel
Room and finished in hostel. I booked 2 month in advance, but 3 days before arrival they informed me that were overbooked because of system
Error and offered me hostel room. Real reason is that there was JLO concert and prices were high and my booking was not so expensive 🤷🏻‍♀️ it was my first time in hostel. To be honest they offered one room for our own but bathroom was still for share. I had to agree on their offer because there was no other chance to find something with a normal price😞🤦🏻‍♀️

Tropica Inn è in pieno centro (10min a piedi per la piazza centrale) e offre sia alcune camere di hotel vero e proprio sia dei posti letto in camerata comune come un ostello. Abbiamo apprezzato che la struttura è nuova e ben tenuta. Abbiamo dormito in una quadrupla della parte Hotel, molto spaziosa e ben organizzata, bagno grande e attrezzato. Prezzo 95EUR per 4 persone. Punti negativi: i letti sono duri al punto da rendere difficile dormire. La colazione è in comune con la parte ostello e consiste in un vassoietto pre-preparato, freddo, con cibi salati di bassa qualità :-(
