Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, service was great. It took us about an hour to check in due to a big party that arrived before us and we totally understand that.
The rules were OK. We had a nice balcony.
The downside is that those rooms are super noisy. You can hear everything from next-door very uncomfortable specially with the price they’re paying for the room.
People were walking in the hallways, and I was able to hear it in my room in the morning. There were sweeping the floors and I was able to hear that from the room..
Overall, the staff is great. The rooms are good. I will definitely come back to try other rooms but they need to work on soundproofing the hotel so we can have a good experience..

The room had a charming minimalist-rustic vibe, but the price felt inflated for what was offered. As for the “free” coffee and pastry voucher, it’s more of a marketing lure — designed to nudge you toward pricier menu items, and the so-called freebie isn’t even deducted from your bill.

The weather was too hot. The air conditioning was not working. The people who worked at the resort were not very helpful and didn’t really know what was going on. We were dear in the headlights at that point. There are very little amenities, including wall, plugs, and lighting. The bathroom ended up flooding because the shower was positioned wrong. The bedding was not comfortable. The chair wasn’t comfortable the set up away from the hotel room downstairs was on fire. I was completely misleading misguided I was overcharged and non-refunded at the same time I left a day early. I was only staying for two nights. I left a day early And didn’t even care to press for a refund. As long as I got out of there I got so dehydrated and so sick. It was basically a heat stroke. It went on all the way until it got dark and then at that point, I was still trying to hydrate and keep water down without throwing up. There is no transportation to and from the restaurant around the property is very hard to get a car down to go pretty much anywhere communication with the front desk was horrible. I feel hustled and robbed there is so much false advertising here. It’s unbelievable.

Estuve 4 días y 3 noches y durante la mayor parte del tiempo me permitieron estacionarme en un lugar cercano a mi cuarto pero la última noche no me lo permitieron! Supuestamente me habían dado un trato de exclusividad los días anteriores en cuanto al estacionamiento pero al final ya no podía tener ese trato lo cual me parece increíble que primero te traten súper bien y ya la última noche pues ya no eres cliente vip

El proceso de check in fue muy deficiente, la persona que nos esperó nos dio información incompleta, estaba muy angustiada ya que era su hora de salida y por su falencia en la comunicación se tuvo una confusión que nos llevó a pasar la noche en una habitación básica que no era una habitación premium por la que habíamos pagado.

Nos encantó el lugar, el servicio, la experiencia en general.
Las bicis ligeramente descuidadas, no se les puede mover los cambios. Ayudaría si huespedes llegan tarde no los dejen “echar fiesta” despues de las 11pm… a la 1am no podíamos dormir.
