Pros:

Yemekhanesini kullanmadık ama gelen koku sanki Türk'ler için değilmiş gibi bir izlenim oluşturdu bizde. Otelde galiba Türk bir firma da var. Konumu çok iyi,her gün odaya gelip bir eksik varmı diye soran bir arkadaş var. Anında odamıza geçip, saniyesinde çıkış yaptık yani demek istediğim işkemleri çok hızlı tamamladılar. Türkçe bilmiyorlar lakin anlaşmak zor değil.

Cons:

104 numaralı odada kaldık. Tam klima motorlarının yanında, birde üstüne camımız kapanmıyordu. Biz takılmadık lakin bunu 10 kişiden 8 kişi sorun eder haklı olarak. Haliyle iyi ses geliyordu içeriye. Odadaki ayna saçma sapan bir yerdeydi, kullanışlı değildi.

الموقع قريب جدا من الحرم توفر مواقف مجانية للسيارات والاستقبال قمة في الأخلاق والذوق
سهولة التعامل
والغرفة نظيفة رغم انها ضيقة

Cons:

حجزنا 5 أسرة ولكن بالعرض عطونا غرفة رباعية وطفل مجانا وطلبنا فرش ولكن لم يتم إحضاره لنا للأسف

Near by Haram and eassy walking to masjid Nabwi especily with kids very handy

Cons:

Room services very poor you have to call or tell every time to staff to come ans clean the room they just doing hover the carpet stsff dont bother to clean toilt .guest have to leave bins out off room .
