Pleasant stay
Pros:

Location, very near to masjid al Nabawi, gate no.307, it took just a 1-minute walk. Pleasant stay Cleaned and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Checkin, our check-in time was 4 pm. The receptionist was very slow, taking him 1 hour to grant the room keys. We tried to check in by 11 am, early check-in was declined.

فقط قربه من الحرم النبوي

أولا عدم تجاوب موظفي الاستقبال والخدمه معك ولا يوجد هاتف في حال الحاجه لهم عليك النزول اهم في كل مره ، لايوجد عامل يستبدل ادوات الحمام والمناشف يوميا بشكل تلقائي الابواب صعبة الفتح اخبروا انه يوجد عطل ولا يوجد غرفه للاستبدال مواقف السيارات ضيقه والمدخل والمخرج واحد
