كل شي سيء للاسف فقط القرب من الحرم اما الغرف سيئه سيئه حتى العيال ماقدروا ينامون ليله وطلعنا منه الحمام تكرمون فيه بول عالافرنجي ومافيه سلبر وأدوات تنظيف وكوايه والاسره كانها أسرة ملاجىء حيل صغيره والغرفه جداً صغيره يدوب تقدر تصلي والموظفين تعاملهم جداً سيء حنا حاجزين في بوكينق وقالنا موموجود حجزكم ونقعنا نص ساعه عشان يتاكد والمواقف قالنا فل اضطرينا نوقف مواقف الحرم

الحمامات من غير شفاطات يعني ريحة الحمام بالغرفه وخدمة الغرف كمان سيئه اطلب المناديل اكثر من مره وغير انزل لهم تحت لان مافي انترفون بالغرفه اقدر اطلب منه

I liked that Masjid al-Nabawi is right in front of the hotel, and compared to other hotels, the price is quite low.

Cons:

Not allowing car parking in hotel basement and nearby areas are restricted parking lot , difficult to park the car nearby areas and drop and return languages are very difficult
