Прекрасная новогодняя программа была. Достался 2-х этажный номер - шикарный номер. Все красиво, чисто, приятно. Разнообразие коктейлей и блюд.

Din toate calatoriile prin toata turcia , aceasta locație este absolut impresionanta, de la primirea la poarta , recepție pana la, femeia de serviciu a fost impecabil.! Nota este puțin 200 ! Curățenie, amabilitate si mancare totul la superlativ !

Cons:

Sincer peste tot sunt si parti mai, ascunse. Insa aici nu am reușit sa vad nici una ! Atenția este maxima pana la cel mai.mic detalii.

die Qualität des essen war wirklich nicht gut. sogar Magenbeschwerden bekommen ansonsten gab es auch kein richtiges Abwechslung zu den Mahlzeiten.

Cons:

vieles die Qualität des Essens bis hin zu Hygiene der Poolanlage und den service der geboten werden könnte. im Angebot ist all inklusive aber irgendwie kostet alles gefühlt Geld selbst auf der Hotel anlage

Отдых в Royal Wings Hotel превзошёл все ожидания! Это настоящий отель уровня люкс. Территория очень красивая, ухоженная, всё продумано до мелочей. Номера просторные, чистые, ежедневная уборка на высшем уровне.

Питание — просто великолепное: огромный выбор блюд, всё свежее, вкусное и разнообразное, каждый день что-то новое.

Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь, чувствуется искреннее гостеприимство. Особенно хочется отметить официантов — это настоящие профессионалы своего дела. Обслуживание быстрое, без ожидания, при этом с искренней заботой о гостях. Создаётся ощущение, что тебе действительно рады, а не просто выполняют работу. Благодаря им атмосфера в ресторанах отеля особенно приятная и комфортная.

Пляж чистый, бассейны большие.

Royal Wings Hotel — идеальный вариант для семейного отдыха и полного расслабления. Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать всем знакомым!

Schönes Ambiente, schlechter Service.

Gute Lage.

Cons:

Das Essen war nicht gut, die Wartezeiten beim Abendessen, um einen freien Tisch zu bekommen, waren deutlich zu lang und das Personal war gestresst und unfreundlich.

Gebucht für 8 Zimmer, 22 Personen, aber keinerlei Wertschätzung, da wir über booking.com kamen - wurde uns eiskalt zu spüren gegeben.
Bademantel gegen tägliche Gebühr.
Bedienungen ignorieren ganz dezent einen.
Und das ganze toppt der Manager - der ist einfach fehl am Platz!!
