Value for money.
Pros:

Toilet and shower is clean and well maintained. The bedding provided is clean and comfortable. The aircond work perfectly.

Cons:

Many insects like ants, spiders, mosquitoes and lizards cockroaches..
And no housekeeping so if stay few days the room becomes very dirty and dusty.

The motel is clean and comfortable. The aircond and heater is functioning. Check in and check out process is easy. The bed is comfortable. The price is reasonable.

Pleasant stay for a good price!
Pros:

Amenities provided is superb. Comfortable bed. But the quilt can be quite hot depending on individuals. Easy access to convenience store, food stalls. Parking provided in front the room.

Pros:

Very close to Tangkak town. Within 20 min drive to Gunung Ledang. Good communication could self check in late around 10pm with key lockbox. Clean room and toilet. Hot shower nice. Aircon and fan good. New room and well kept. Good smell from air freshener . Comfy bed and pillows. Good wifi speed. Would stay here again for Gunung Ledang trip.
