Pros:

1. Персонал. Все сотрудники отеля на высшем уровне. Очень гостеприимные, клиентоориентированные, дружелюбные, аккуратные, чистые, внимательные, воспитанные.
2. Завтраки. Богатейший выбор как национальных блюд, так и интернациональных. Приготовлено очень качественно и вкусно.
3. Сервис. В отеле есть классный ресторан на верхних этажах. Местные жители высоко ценят уровень этого ресторана. Так же есть фитнесс-центр. Есть SPA-зона. Полный комплекс услуг.
4. Хорошее расположение. Недалеко от центра. Тихие улицы.
5. Чистота в номерах. Горничные очень стараются.

Cons:

Отель устал. Надо делать реновацию. Персонал очень старается скрасить отрицательные эмоции, но уже просто нужен ремонт.

It was really amazing stay, especially the hospitality of Raul in ensuring that we get the room with the best view possible that added upon the whole experience. Hotel is really good with every facility possible and spa/sauna was highlight. Also to mention some of the other staffs- Peri, Leman & Salat. Thank you to the entire team

One of the best hotels in Baku!
What impressed me most was the friendly staff, especially Jahid at the reception, who was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay.
The room was very clean, cozy, and quiet, with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. I highly recommend this place!

Все понравилось. Завтрак очень разнообразный и вкусный. Чистота идеальная везде: в номере и в других местах. Сауна и бассейн - очень простые, небольшие, но все продумано и сделано очень разумно и удобно для использования. Хочу отметить профессиональную, ответственную и очень оперативную работу персонала гостиницы. Особенно проявили себя молодые сотрудники на ресепшене: Рауль, Илкин, Парихан и Лиман. Хочется пожелать этим молодым людям интересных карьерных перспектив в их будущей жизни. А самое главное, что обеспечивает успешное функционирование жизнедеятельности всего механизма гостиницы, включая эффективную работы персонала гостиницы, это то что, что здесь построена и работает очень правильная и умная система управления всем этим механизмом, в лице профессиональных и ответственных менеджеров, которые смогли это все это так организовать и мотивировать. Поэтому мы эти два дня, проведенные в гостинице, чувствовали себя как дома, а, может быть, где-то и лучше!

Exceptional
Pros:

The room was clean and very comfortable, equivalent to 5 star hotels. The view from the room is extraordinary. The services are exceptional, with a very polite and friendly staff. Big thanks to Raul and Jahid, and other staff members for their professional attitude. I will definitely come back to this hotel, and will recommend it to all visitors coming to Baku.
