Publicidad engañosa, no es lo que muestran en las fotos, mal estado desde la puerta de la habitación en adelante, pésima atención al cliente y muy feo los alrededores del hotel. Y la solución que dan en recepción es que si no le gusta entonces váyase a otro hotel, y fue eso precisamente lo que nos tocó hacer, perder el dinero de las dos habitaciones e irnos a otro… NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. Y el hotel no se llama AVENTURA STUDIOS LOS CORALES como decía en la página, se llama SOL CARIBE. Hasta el nombre es falso y ni los taxistas lo conocen, para llegar tocó preguntar en varias partes. OJO… no se dejen engañar.

My bed fell when I was trying to rest at night time

We liked being close to restaurants and stores for convenience. The beach was a 5 minute walk but we didn’t mind the walk. After our second night the A/C broke, they brought someone in to fix it but it never cooled the room for the rest of our stay. They did give us a fan for the room though. I didn’t have a problem with front desk communication like others have said. They always sent anything we requested extra towels, toilet paper, drinking water etc. The sheets and towels were clean. Mostly the rooms are just run down and in need of upgrading but that is also reflected in the price.

the condition of the room was simply terrible!!
the shower head was off the wall, the light switches
in the bathroom loose , the air conditioner was barely
working, there were broken lounge chairs by the pool!!
the kitchen stove was very old and not working.
I would NOT recomment this hotel to any one !!!

This is not a luxury apartment quite the opposite

Old trash, roaches, no toilet paper, no one to talk to, only parking available was to reverse to an alley

No water from 9PM to 8AM almost every day, staff so rude and not willing to help at all, we had lots of water from who know where and they didn’t do anything to clean it til 2 days later, over all so bad, not staying here ever again

Generally, the hotel/apartment itself is depreciating. It’s convenient location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We are not picky people but it’s really dirty, oftentimes no water running especially in the morning when you want to brush your teeth or flush the toilet. In short, I don't recommend the aparthotel. Unless you are on a budget tour.

My overall experience of my stay was okay. Location is very ideal for dining and shopping However, I would not book this place if I knew they only offered WiFi in public areas (misdescription). The actual name was Hotel Tropicana suites Deluxe not as listed. Communication prior to arrival was unsuccessful through Expedia app and I couldn’t install WhatsApp.

The property looks good from the outside, but inside the rooms everything is very old and smells bad. The bathroom curtain is very old and dirty. It is cheap, but I really don't recommend it.

I liked the breakfast they provided. It was at a restaurant across the street.

Needs maintenance, all water taps rusted mold aroind refrigerator seal, no water in the morning air conditioning has only fan no cold air .window screan broken, they don't wash around the pool, or vacuum the sand in the pool. ....the good part the sector is good

Dirty pool, no security, anyone enters the place... there is no one in the office 24/7... The air conditioning ran out, I left my key to be fixed and I went to the beach all day... when I came back from the beach I asked the one who says he is security who was never there, rude, aggressive... where is my key, how do I get into my room, he tells me go to the office, the offices are closed at 7 pm... I ask for help to see how I do to get into my room, no one helped me for 40 minutes, I had to call the police because they wouldn't give me the key to my room! I do not recommend this place, they don't have hot water, out of the 4 nights I was there they only came one day to clean my room... horror... only one person from the office who had her personal number Marianny Garcia helped me get the key to my room, communicating with a person who was supposed to be in the office who was not there and then showed up! They don't answer the phones to this day, dangerous place, be careful!

AVENTURA STUDIOS playa LOS CORALES was dirty, noisy, inconvenient and unsafe. The check in was a long and disorganized process. The front desk staff were rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. The rooms and property were NOT as advertised. My room was dirty, hot and unsafe. There were NOT any locks on the sliding door to the balcony or any of the windows. The air conditioner did NOT work. The light in the bathroom did NOT work. The hot water heater did NOT work well and took over 30 minutes to heat the water. The water cooler for drinking water was filthy. The wifi/internet service was horrible and often did NOT work. There was NOT any hand soap or shower soap in our room. There were NOT enough towels or sheets in our room. Our room was NEVER cleaned during our 4 day stay. The front desk staff were rude, unresponsive and unhelpful. The toilet did NOT flush properly and the room smelled of sewage. When I notified the front desk staff that I did NOT have any locks on my sliding door to the balcony and I did NOT have any locks on any of the windows, I was told: "That's what you paid for!" I felt unsafe on the property. The security guards and other staff members were drunk or high each day. The pool was filthy and cloudy and was never cleaned. This property is NOT a beach front property (as advertised). Instead, you must walk several dusty, potholed, streets through dangerous traffic in order to reach the dirty, overcrowded beach. This property has false advert

We arrived Christmas evening to find out that our confirmed reservation was not honored. They had record of our reservation but no room to give us. Called Expedia customer support and spoke to a supervisor who was rude and unhelpful and ended up hanging up on me. It was a disaster and huge disappointment to the start of our two week vacation. We had to scramble to find alternate accommodations for our two weeks. Never book this property…super shady business.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with booking on Expedia. This business is fraudulent! The address is inaccurate, the business phone number never gets answered. The rooms are in terrible condition and do not look anything like the pictures advertised. I wish I can insert the pictures I took of this hell hole! I mean where do I start, the room door was shaky and had cracks in it, which was very unsafe. The furniture was very visible dirty and worn out. The white couch is now a grey color, the sinks and bathroom had residue all over it and was so dirty! The A.C did not work for the entire hour I spent in the room. The curtains were torn and the water dispenser was covered with a suspicious cloth that hide the leftover water you are expected to drink. This experience almost ruined my Christmas vacation but luckily, I was able to find another hotel that was heaven compared to this trash. The staff here are very unprofessional and did not seem to care about our distress. The receptionist offered to show me another room but stated that I should not expect it to be up to par! Need I say more?

Place was absolute dump. Expedia should be ashamed for listing it. Total fraud with fake pictures, room and furniture was old. Bathroom was nasty, toilet and curtain rails broken. Lock on room door broken. Stayed about 6 hours as we arrived late. Went to a different hotel next morning

Privately owned buildings—very disappointed with overall unit security & cleanliness. Streets are narrow & full of pot holes. Night club music across the street kept blasting loudly (ridiculous volume) until 3am every night.

Only reprieve was the small swimming pool on the property (if you can find it with minimal people) & the quality of the beach.

However, the distance to the beach was a very inconvenient 15min walk with scary narrow roads & constant traffic.

Aventura Studios is the name for a man's company that does transportation to and from this property and many others. He doesn't answer for the hotel at all. The hotel is actually called the Tropicana.It is below any standard I can imagine anywhere in the world. There is no restaurant, no casino. There's a moldy cold shower in a musty dirty noisy unbelievably misrepresented nightmare. Expedia is aware that this is a bogus advertisement but refuses any and all compensation and continues to support the false claims. That's a puzzle.
