Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito la tranquilidad es inigualable pero podrían mejorar muchas cosas como son: limpiar diario los cuartos sin necesidad de que los huéspedes lo soliciten ,ampliar la red wifi porque no llega la red a las habitaciones , limpiar la alberca y no restringir el
horario por las clases de natación que dan y fumigar porque había alacranes en una de ellas

Ese hotel de erian clausurarlo ..no hay servicio de agua no se puede ni siquiera usar el inodoro.
No me pude bañar en 4 días.

Creo que el lugar tiene potencial pero no vale lo que cuesta! El personal no está calificado. Podría entenderlo como un balneario con la posibilidad de tener habitaciones! Pero las habitaciones son muy básicas y sin iluminación natural. Las camas muy duras y pocas almohadas! El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. No hay toallas para usar la alberca. Los dueños muy amables y con deseos de atender bien a los huéspedes! La alberca es espectacular!

This is a beautiful ranch style farm stay. If you really want to experience all of Mexico’s beauty stay here. It is so convieniently located to Peña de Bernal and Tequis. The staff was so accommodating, friendly, and attentive. The rooms were clean and modern. The Thermal hot springs pool makes it the perfect relaxing place get away.
