Très bon hotel bon emplacement juste un peux brillant à cause de la route mais lorsque on veut au centre ville il faut subir

Nice property and nice staff.
Pros:

Nice hotel, great breakfast, good location.

Cons:

We booked through Booking.com but when we got there the hotel didn't know we were coming! But they scrambled around and accommodated us anyway. And everything turned out great.

Pros:

Its easy to talk to the staff, they are friendly.
For a solo traveler the size of the room is okay. The bed is comfortable, i find the blanket quite thin but they gave me a duvet afterwards which is great.

Cons:

The noise in the evening. Im not sure if its how the other guests close their door like they dont care or something else, but the 4 nights i stayed i always hear the door bang.
The shower head in the bathroom that is fix almost next to the wall, which makes it challenging to take a shower.

Pros:

The room was a little small but very clean. Unlike many hotels in the Philippines, it did not have any ants or mosquitoes, which tends to be an issue here in this country. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to transportation depots and there are several cafes and food stalls very close by.

Cons:

There is only a cold shower, which usually is just fine in the hot humidity of the Philippines. Though, sometimes I still want a warm shower. They do not have a restaurant and I had a hard time finding a good restaurant anywhere in the city except for the ones at other hotels.

Nice place!
Pros:

Staffs were nice and friendly, close to almost everything. This place is perfect for solo backpackers. It is clean, with fresh sheets/towels, toilettes, a desk and tv. A/C is perfectly working. The interior is relaxing and exceptional.
