I NEVER STAYED AND APPARENTLY ITS NON REFUNDABLE

I NEVER CHECKED IN BECAUSE ITS NOT WHAT WAS PROMISED VIA THE PHOTOS..THERE ARE NO PRIVACY, KITHCHEN NO NOTHING, NO TV. WE WERE EXPECTED TO SHARE THE HOUSE WITH THE FAMILY. HOW? THEN THEY TELL YOU ITS NON REFUNDABLE A WHOLE R850 DOWN THE DRAIN...I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY.. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND

Unprofessional, not worth the money.

People that do the check-in are rude and unprofessional, didnt know about the booking and insisted on documentation for the person who didnt arrive yet.

It was extremely cold and there was only a cheap low budget comforter on the bed, we had to get blankets from someone else in town.

It was a place to sleep for a night, in a full town ahead of the West Coast Marathon.

Cons:

Owner's family had arrived, house was full and noisy. Was 'upgraded' to the 'flat', a renovated garage. Fridge didn't work.

Pros:

The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and surrounding shops.

Cons:

No privacy. Shared house and bathroom with other tenants. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable. To share a bathroom with other tenants was just a bit too much.

Broken light. Shower floor and walls dirty and fungus on. I count shower to scared to get fungus. Bedroom blinds broken. There dogs bark hole night. No towels they said I must bring my own.
