Boa localização, quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, e staff cumpriu bem a função, atendendo ao que era pedido.

Pontos a melhorar: o café da manhã foi o ponto mais fraco — poucas opções, sucos não eram frescos e o pão não estava sequinho. Para um hotel desse porte, esperava-se mais. O chuveiro também incomodou: foi difícil manter a temperatura estável durante o banho

Очень понравилось расположение отеля. Всё в шаговой доступности. Совсем недалеко от трамвайной линии T1. Близость всяких магазинчиков и мест, где можно поесть на любой бюджет.

Cons:

Завтрак немного прост, но в принципе достаточно, чтобы зарядиться энергией. Хотелось больше разнообразия при выборе блюд.

Hotel muy acogedor con un personal excelente que te ayudan en todo lo que le pides.Fuimos muy pesados preguntando y siempre nos ayudaron ,la verdad es que todos,todos son muy agradables y resolutivos.Ubicación fantástica muy cerca de todo,el tranvía también está cerca.Las habitaciones muy amplias y muy limpias y la cama y almohadas muy cómodas.Hay caja fuerte ,tetera,cafetera y agua en la habitación.El desayuno está bien,tienen café y galletas para tomar 24h.El hotel es tranquilo,no escuchamos el ruido de la calle.
Ha superado nuestras expectativas y si volvemos a Turquia sin duda que volveremos a alojarnos aquí. Mil gracias por hacernos la estancia tan agradable!!

Convenient location and comfortable stay at a reasonable price made our time in Istanbul enjoyable.
Pros:

The hotel was so convenient to all the sites in central Istanbul. It is fairly small but tucked into the historic retail district close to the main historical mosques and markets. The staff were extremely helpful and available. Breakfast was simple but adequate (we had too many big breakfasts up to our stay here) a platter of olives and soft cheeses and toast, boiled eggs with omelets if requested. Coffee/tea were available 24/7. The room was clean and even though the building was old, the bathroom was updated with lovely, tiled walk-in showers, Turkish rugs on the floor, normal hotel beds, electric kettle in your room, instant coffee/tea and a big bottle of water, with additional drinks available to purchase in the room fridge. There were only about 4 rooms to a floor and the stairs made it easily accessible if elevator was busy. It gave a more feeling like home than a big hotel.
We walked everywhere and there are several restaurants within a block or two to eat at. It's close to the tram as well. You walk a few stairs down to the elevator once you leave the street level entrance. The hotel can easily help you arrange transport as well. We would definitely stay there again, there were a group of 12 of us, and we all felt comfortable and safe there. The Turkish people are very friendly and helpful on our trip there.

организация завтрака - индивидуально выдается тарелка с порционно нарезанным сыром, свежими овощами, маслинами и в ней же стикеры с джемом, медом и пр.

Las habitaciones amplias, con termostato, baño amplio y buen desayuno. El personal amable.

Cons:

El desayuno no es el buffet que se ve en las fotos. Te dan un plato preparado con olivas, aceitunas, queso, mermelada, mantequilla, chocolate, y te hacen tortilla en el momento. Tienes café y te para servirte lo que quieras, así como pan.

Great location and helpful staff
Pros:

I loved the location, a 10 minute walk from several main tourist attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace, Basilica Cistern, the Archaeological museum, the Museum of Turkish & Islamic art and Cemberlitas Hammam. The room was comfortable and with a marble clad en suite bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful with booking taxis and sorting out SIM cards. All at a reasonable price too.

Cons:

Small detail but I felt the wardrobe could have had a better layout. Most of the shelves were out of reach and not enough hangers to make full use of the clothes rail. I mostly used my suitcase instead. That said not a dealbreaker for me.
