Ein sehr schöner entspannter Aufenthalt !
Pros:

Die Ruhe, Golf-Club und sehr freundlicher Service. Essen im asiatische Restaurant sehr gut - Waldschänke ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Essen und Service in der Jägerstube - Service überfordert und das Essen leider farblos.

Nie wieder werden wir dort buchen!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 5 Tage gebucht.
Es kam erst die Buchungsbestätigung, dann die Bestätigung, dass der Hund willkommen ist und pro Tag 40 € kostet.
Am Abend vor der Anreise bekamen wir eine Mail, dass der Hund in dem von uns gebuchten Zimmer nicht erlaubt ist und wir zum Aufpreis von 200 € pro Tag!!! umbuchen müssten oder ohne Hund anreisen müssten.
Da wir auf einer Rundreise waren, standen wir somit plötzlich ohne Hotel für die nächsten 5 Tage da.
Nach mehreren Telefonaten wurde uns dann ‚großzügig‘ genehmigt‘, kostenfrei zu stornieren.
So ein Verhalten entspricht nicht einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Unser Urlaub war zumindest an diesem Abend verdorben. Ein unmögliches Vorgehen!

Kurze Auszeit - perfekt
Pros:

Wie immer war der Aufenthalt super. Die Freundlichkeit des ganzen Teams ist spürbar. SPA Bereich und Behandlung hervorragend, ebenso das Frühstücksangebot.

Cons:

Matratzen in den Einzelzimmern im Jagdschloss sollten komfortabler werden.
