We found this place as pure luck and fell in love with the place but most of with the lovely, super kind and hospitable host: Renuka, who welcomed us with lovely Sri Lankan tea, a star fruit and happily shared her time with us having a nice chat and offering us tips and advice on what-to-do's and where-to-go's.
We were offered a comfortable room upstairs, with a nice view on beautifully kept garden.
The place is so peaceful, arranged with taste and great care about even small details. It is so relaxing and feels so much at home.
Next time in Negombo I'm not even going to waste a second searching for accommodation options - the perfect one, the Holy Grail has been found!

Renuke et son mari nous ont parfaitement accueillis et nous ont préparé un petit dîner à notre arrivée. Chambre très agréable à l’étage avec eau chaude, climatisation. Renuke nous a fort bien conseillé pour notre voyage et a été au petit soin pour nous. Elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes et nous revenons dans son homestay très calme et chaleureux dans une semaine. «  The place to be » absolument !

I loved my stay with Renuka so much that I will always carry those few days deep in my heart.
The house is a magical, green paradise. I loved every bits of it and I relaxed deeply from the moment I arrived. It is ina quiet neighbourhood, very close to the beach and also very safe.
Personally, what I liked the most about my stay was Renuka herself. From the first moment she made me feel welcomed and right at home. I cherish that sooo much. Her homecooked meals warmed my heart, whether at breakfast or dinner, always so fresh, healthy and tasty. She even made my laundry, and the clothes came back spotless, warm and smelling so good. Renuka, I thank you with all my heart and hope to see you again one day! So much love to you and beloved Milky

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our first 2 nights. It's set in a quiet back street not far from negombo lagoon and fish markets with a nice garden. Renuka made us feel at home and was a wonderful host. She helped us get tuk tuks, drivers, plan our itinerary, fed us a yummy breakfast and more.

Renuka was the best host of our full trip in Sri Lanka. She gave us many advices. She Ben offered us cooking class with picking the ingredient at the market itself ! We loved it so much that we made a small detour on our way back to sleep at her place again before going home by plane

Very well located, comfortable, with beautiful garden, and nice price. The owner, Renuka is super kind and I felt like home, she helped with any of my problem.

We booked our stay only a few hours before arrival, yet everything was perfectly prepared for us. The owner, Renuka, is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and speaks excellent English, which made communication effortless. The rooms were spotless, and the spacious house with its beautiful garden provided a truly relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. The villa is located in a peaceful area, just a 15-minute walk from the beach.

It is just perfect here :) Renuka is the best host you can imagine. I came completely tired and she just made me a meal of my choice and was just soooo super kind. She will give you any information you need.
If you want, you can come in contact with other guests easily. The place is super clean and the beds are really comfortable. There is a really beautiful garden to hang out.
