A recepcionista Sanan e sua equipe, foram ótimos anfitriões, nós receberam com chá e água. Quando fomos embora, Sanan nos auxíliou com contratação de um taxi para irmos a Tander. Ótima localização. Perto de tudo.

Cons:

Nous avons subi un changement de lieu sans accord de notre part. Il a fallu insister pour que quelqu’un nous montre le chemin du deuxième établissement, car a plus de 60 ans porter les bagages dans les rues en pentes c’est un peu fatiguant physiquement. Dommage de nous avoir gâché le début de nos vacances.

Reda qui m a accueillie est un garçon adorable, tres prevenant et avec le souci de vous transmettre un savoir culturel de cette région.
La chambre, le petit dejeuner, un peu de chauffage en cette saison tout etait parfait.
J ai oublié de signaler qu une latte deborde du sommier, je me suis fait des bleus, normal cependant a Chefchaouen de repartir avec un souvenirs de bleus

Cons:

J avais cru sur booking puisqu il y avait eu le processus complet d authentification de la carte bancaire, avoir reglé par carte bleue mais en definitive non, et obligatoire de payer en liquide. J aurais aimé plus de clarté de la part de casa miguel sur booking pour ne pas avoir cette surprise.

schönes Hotel, toller Service!
Pros:

Total nettes Hotelpersonal, hübsch eingerichtet und toller Service :) wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht und ein leckeres marokkanisches Frühstück bekommen, sogar auf unsere Essensvorlieben (vegan/vegetarisch) wurde geachtet. Der Hotelporier hat und persönlich zu Orten in der Stadt begleitet und angeboten für uns Preise zu verhandeln, er war echt nett und zuvorkommend! danke!

Cons:

Nachts etwas laut auf den Straßen, könnte an den Ramadan-Festlichkeiten liegen. Wir habdn Ohrenstöpsel benutzt, das war kein Problem :)
