Pinecrest Hotel B

This was a good place to stay. It was clean but could definitely use a deep clean amd some updating.
It is super convenient to Dollywood and other attractions. We had a pleasant stay and would even stay here again.

it was just ok .. very outdated bad carpet needed cleaning .. ice maker didn’t work had plenty of towels for all 5 of us .. Pool
was so bad we didn’t go swimming and hot tub was out of order .. wouldn’t choose this one again

Was a nice stay. The townhouse was a little dated. The stove could be replaced because not all the eyes worked and the handle on the door was torn up. Other than that it was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, near everything. Cute and comfy townhome. Everything we needed was provided. The property owners were very patient and great with communication via email.

The place was very spacious. Loved that it had 2 1/2 bathrooms! The location was great! It was clean!

Property good location, right beside Dollywood, which was not a problem however train blew about every hr, you could hear clicking of roller coaster.

Accommodations too small for 7, yes there is a place for everyone to sleep, but not conveniently, 2 pullouts in LV, only 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, you get 1 parking spot allotted to you then where you park other vehicles is quiet a distance. Space was dated, needs repairs in several areas, doors doesn’t close, all don’t lock, those that lock you have to “ shimmy, lift up, beg and pray” they will lock, we had wrong code to enter the entire stay, got no assistance with this however a worker gained us entrance and we continued to use this code our 3 day stay.
Area was clean upon arrival, however we did see 1 roach in kitchen.
Biggest complaint was for 4 day stay total, for 7 adults, we were left for entire stay 7 towels, 5 washcloths.. ENTIRE STAY. So had to go out and purchase washcloths. We paid >$1300 for 3 1/2 days which we wasn’t complaining about except what is stated above

The place was nice and clean. convenient to Dollywood and Parkway attractions. Just right for my family.

We loved staying in this townhouse, we were 11 people including children and everyone had a bed to sleep but the downside is that the mattresses from the bunk beds are sitting on top of a piece of plywood and they would make a lot of noise when we would turned. On our second night, the weather was hot so the 2 bedrooms on the second floor were hot at night and we couldn’t even open the windows because they didn’t have window screen, we considered that obviously a danger since we had toddlers and 5-7 yr old kids, we couldn’t control the AC from the thermostat. But overall this place is clean.

The property fit our needs for our family of six. My husband has a hard time walking up steps, but it worked out for us. The kids loved the pool. We loved how close it was to Dollywood since we have season passes. The beds were comfortable enough. It had everything we needed.

The grand kid's enjoyed the pool everthing was wonderful we had a great time

The property was good, the unit was showing signs of wear but it was comfortable Ace we felt safe and toasty. We woods definitely stay here again.

Oldrer room but clean and comfortable

There was no air conditioning in the bunk bed room. It was hot when we arrived. I called and spoke to a lady that was very nice and professional. She said someone would come out. While we were at dinner, they requested permission to enter. Returned after dinner and no one was there, no note was left, no text or call had been received. Room was still hot. Called to follow up and was told I would be notified of an update later. Later, I received a text that they would put in an air conditioning unit in the morning. When we went to bed that same night (our 1st night) the bottom bunk bed slat snapped as soon as my brother laid down. He moved to the other bottom bunk and it bowed. My brother is average build. He’s not overweight. I looked under the beds and the slat supports were extremely thin. Because it was so late, I notified them first thing in the morning. We moved the mattresses downstairs and slept on them on the floor. We spent the day in Dollywood and when we came back, the beds had not been repaired. I called again and was told I would be notified of an update later. I received a text that maintenance would be by tomorrow to see if they could fix it. Beds were repaired next day.

Dishwasher had sign on it “out of order.” Not a big deal for me because I wash dishes by hand at home anyway.

All employees that I spoke with were polite, kind and professional. All issues were fixed but required multiple follow ups from me.

Great location. Just a little short on TLC. In bad need of an update but not horrible overall. On arrival the grass was badly in need of mowing and they did cut the grass while we were there but it was not weedeated and grass was just left everywhere. The air upstairs where both bedrooms are located is no good and was very hot so don't recommend in hot months. Our biggest problem is for the few problems we encountered and we called the management number we never received a call or text back. We had a bathroom leak, TV was out for 2 of the 3 days we stayed etc.

Great location, the property needs some updating. My main concern is bedbugs, I fell asleep in the recliner in the living room and woke up with bites all over my back and back of my arms.

The property was near pigeon forge and very convenient. It was clean. It was small and needs an update. The pool was not convenient and we were never able to get in the building.

This place was so amazing. It felt like home away from home. I would definitely go back every time I go to Dollywood.

Very nice and clean ! Smelled wonderful! Very spacious!

I 100% recommend staying here. It was perfect for our family even with 5 kids!
