A beautiful hotel with lots of charachter.
Pros:

The hotel gardens are amazing. As is the glass conservatory.
The views from the hotel are wonderful.
The hotel is very charming. The ground floor has lovely rooms with historical artifacts.
We had 3 rooms for our family. The rooms we very nice. The room for 3 was very spacious with a living area and a bedroom.
The reception was very warm and helpful.
We took the cable car to the Botanical gardens. Breathtaking. Definitely worth it. The cable cars to town only work from April so we took the bus.
The indoor pool is heated nicely. A little on the small side. The jacuzzi wasn't working.

Cons:

The breakfast was very light.
Not enough vegetables. When the small bowl of cucumbers or tomatoes was empty they didn't refill, even though we requested. Same for the fruit.
The staff in the dining room weren't as friendly as the receptionist.
The air conditioning didn't work, it was cold, but we were supplied with a radiator and it was lovely.

Pros:

Struttura nella parte migliore e più interessante di Cascais. Nonostante avessimo prenotato una stanza standard senza vista mare ci hanno fatto l'upgrade dato che era bassa stagione. Fuori anche 5 colonnine per ricaricare auto elettrica. Tutto molto consigliato.

Cons:

Il caffè della macchinetta della colazione è imbevibile.
