Poca limpieza y mantenimiento, más que mejorable.

La amabilidad del personal del comedor

Cons:

La limpieza en las habitaciones y pasillos, no daba sensación de limpio ni después de hacer la habitación, el desastroso estado de mantenimiento de los ascensores, daba miedo subirse; el wifi en la habitación no funcionaba o funcionaba mal….los desagües de la ducha y del lavabo apenas tragaban agua, desagradable.

It was a good hotel and served it’s purpose, but not very relaxing.
Pros:

The location is great. Walking distance to the marina and restaurants.

Cons:

So crowded. Alot of families and small children, so the pool was overcrowded. The dining room has such high volume so it was necessary to sit outside. The elevators took ages. Better take the stairs.

Super sea view, very friendly staff, food needs improvement
Pros:

We were a late arrival, 1am. The sole gentleman at the reception went out of his way to help us, get our luggage upstairs and get additional bedding for the sofa bed. That was five star service.
The bar staff in the "evening bar" are exceptionally welcoming and professional. The quality of the drinks on offer are good.
The sea views are top notch. The quality of the bed/mattress/pillows very good. All the staff were very friendly, well done!

Cons:

The quality of the food is between ok and good. The menu at the pool bar is fairly restrictive, lots of sandwiches and wraps and fries. The squid was rubbery. The first day we were ignored for 35 minutes and in the end had to walk to where there was a congregation of idle waiters.
The shower.....the shower is in the bathtub. I'm 6'4" and couldn't stand upright. The bath could also do with anti-slip on the base from front to end. It's just not safe to get out of that slippery bath with hardly anything to hold on to.
There were no ceiling lights.

Good stay. Lovely hotel and great location.
Pros:

Good hotel, fab gardens & pool. Great location.

Cons:

Managed to get a parking space just but could do with more spaces.
Lunchtime at Splash Bar they could have had more staff serving.

Pros:

El desayuno mejoro notablemente versus el año pasado. El cuarto que tuvimos este año era mas grande que el año anterior y estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Habia uno de los toboganes de la piscina de niños que estaba malo y se podia usar. Poco aparcamiento para los coches. La ducha era un poco pequeña y toca el techo.

The kids love staying at the hotel. We have stayed there twice and may even go more often.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great. Last but not least, the hotel is very suitable for families with children

Cons:

The bathroom sink was draining very slowly, but not exactly clogged. The rooms need a thorough cleaning at least once a year, including the walls.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Piscina grande y agradable. Personal muy amable. Comida muy buena. Desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Hice la reserva con desayuno y cena. En la cena las bebidas no estaban incluidas, y esa información no consta cuando se hace la reserva. Creo que debería estar bien especificado, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio abusivo de las mismas: por una botella de agua de un litro cobran algo más de cuatro euros.
