Could do better
Pros:

So have been to villa gale hotels in tavira and now cascais for at least 14 years, firstly breakfast everything is cold which I don't understand as I see fresh scrambled egg coming out but it's freezing, nothing in supposedly hot buffet hot. We were on first floor in cascais not once was balcony cleaned and covered in bird poo, I understand it happens daily but I watched and never cleaned, beds made but toilet never cleaned.
Big shout out to Tiago pool guy he was amazing nothing to much trouble ,he kept pool area immaculate.
4 euros 50 for a coke and 4.95 to use ATM
Come on villa gale don't rip off your customers

整体入住很舒适。
Pros:

地理位置优越，酒店出门对面就是沙滩，离卡斯中心也很近。早餐选择丰富，设施也很完善。

Cons:

入住期间，有一个酒店电梯一直在维修，高峰期上下楼等电梯时间比较久。另外我们入住的是六层楼顶层，白天房间比较晒，会比较闷热。

Mjög góður morgunmatur og starfsfólk

Cons:

Ömurlegar móttökur þegar við komum. Upplifði eins og þetta væri herbergi sem er aldrei í notkun- var alls ekki hreint og fúkkalykt inni í því og móttöku daman 25.mai var alls ekki í vinnunni og ranghvoldi augunum og sýndi okkur áhugaleysi

Нету мыла и низкий потолок в ванне. И очень маленькая зона спа, а именно сауна. И в сауне стоял очень грязный стакан для воды, и вода в кувшине была грязная.

A lovely relaxing break
Pros:

A fantastic location and setting. Close to both the Marina and centre of Cascais. Room was very comfortable

Great location but dated decor and noisy bar/lounge/ restaurant
Pros:

Good location, large rooms but dark flooring and dark burgundy decorations give a very dated appearance. Surprised to see wardrobe had oven and kitchen units inside - looks dated and wouldn’t feel safe to use them. The lifts were unreliable. Restaurant and bar area were very noisy hot and stuffy. As a woman ( who plays golf) I found the bar area particularly noisy with groups of male golfers watching tv, playing pool and drinking - it was impossible to have a quiet conversation with friends we had to leave and sit in hotel corridor
