The swimming pool was clean and refreshing and large enough to have a good swim. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable with good airconditioning. The food was exceptional, we had dinner in the evening, the waiting staff were helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly when we arrived and when we wanted to book a taxi to the ferry port in the morning. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
The reception staff were not so nice when my son asked them if we could have some more bedding so that we could separate the beds in our room to make two singles rather than having a double bed in the room. He was told that there was no way of getting any extra bedding, and that we should have asked before. They did, however let us move to a family room. I checked my booking on booking.com, and when I booked the room three months ago I specifically requested a room with two single beds, however this request seems to have been ignored. Unfortunately the room they moved us to was next to, and with an interlinking door to, a room containing a group of children who were part of a basketball team and they insisted on talking very loudly and shouting until late at night. I asked them to be quite on several occasions, but they ignored me, I phoned reception and asked them to help, they were apologetic and said that the basketball coaches had already been ased to sort ot out, but the children were ignoring them. I put heavy duty ear plugs in but could still hear the shouting. It was not the hotel's fault, but perhaps they could plan their room allocations a bit better to keep noisy children away from other guests. Putting the children all together on the first floor may have been a better idea.

Cute quick stop over hotel, very compact but neat and nice. Staff friendly and welcoming.
The tiny lifts could not take the wheelchair, but front staff arranged the goods lift for us to use

It was very clean and the atmosphere was just amazing.
I had to carry my language up to my room by myself no one came to help, instead they gave me a trolly to do it that was not nice at all.
