Pros:

Für die Gegend ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Cons:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, selbst bei der Reifenpanne hatte das Hotel ohne ein Wort zu sagen die Reparatur durchgeführt.

Very nice
Pros:

The receptionist Mr Omar was very keen to help, always smiling, and speaks good english. Omar also arranged my hotel transfer at a very competitive price.
The hotel itself is very cosy, and does have a lift.
The room I had was a double with seaview. This room was very nice. With a view of the Bosphorus. The room was clean and the staff were happy to assistant is any issues ( thanks God I had none to report)
The hotel location is in nice location with plenty of shops and an animated popular pedestrian area for dinning. However, I found the restaurants to be expensive so be careful.
My stay was good value for money!

Cons:

The internet was a bit slow only 12Mbs.

I had a wonderful time at Mamma Marya: the location was excellent, on a quiet street close to Sultanahmet's main attractions. My room was clean and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff's welcome and helpfulness were warm and generous. I especially appreciate Omar, whose kindness I will always remember. Definitely recommended.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, das Zimmer war wie beschrieben! Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Der Besitzer Baran ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und bereit bei allen Fragen zur Unterkunft oder Erkundung der Stadt zu helfen. Man kann sich vertrauensvoll an Ihn wenden, zum Beispiel um einen Flughafentransfer zu fairen Preisen organisiert zu bekommen. Die Zimmer sind wie beschrieben, alles ist sehr sauber. Sehr gute Ausgangslage um die Altstadt von Istanbul zu erkunden. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Hagia Sofia, Blaue Moschee, Großer Bazar, Gülhane Park, ...) ist fußläufig in ca. 30 min erreichbar. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es etliche Restaurants und Supermärkte. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind unmittelbarer nähe, die nächste größere Station Yenikapi ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Das angebotene Frühstück ist in einem anderen (sehr nahem) Restaurant. Eine Lösung direkt im Hotel wäre angenehmer aber angesichts des begrenzten Platzes auch schwierig umsetzbar.

Excellent and helpful staff
Pros:

Beautiful location and beautiful and very helpful people. Omer made our trip more memorable. He is a star along with Baran who was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Pros:

the stay was wonderful at Mamma marya hotel. helpful outside of their work duties. the room looked exactly like the picture the view was wonderful. I will definitely come back in the near future, want to give an extra thank you to Omar what a wonderful man so helpful kind and caring I stayed there 4 days felt like I had a brother there. recommend them is strong
