Notre hôte Omer nous a reçu d’une façon exceptionnelle! C’est notamment grâce à lui que nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Istanbul. C’est une personne d’une sincérité et d’une gentillesse rare!
La porte de la douche qui manquait mais nous avions tellement de compensation notamment grâce a Omer que cela n’a pas été gênant
Très bon emplacement, la réception avec Omar qui vous reçoit très bien et vous rend bien service pour tout
Manque de menage dans la chambre mais c'est pas grave, la gentillesse du personnel vous fait tout oublié
Muy practico y comodo, cerca al Gran Bazar y a la columna de constantino. Nos recibieron muy bien! Omer, el mejor anfitrión, fanatico de Messi como yo asi que nos entendimos bien. Muy servicial y un placer haberlo conocido.
We had a really great stay in Istanbul and truly enjoyed our time there. The location was very convenient and everything was decent and as expected. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special thank you goes to Omar, who was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. He is very dedicated, professional, and clearly takes his job seriously. We really appreciated his support throughout our stay. We hope that next time we visit, we’ll find him as the manager :).
Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend it.
The only small thing that could make the experience even better would be having coffee available at the hotel. It would have easily been a 10+ stay. However, following our suggestion, they mentioned that they are planning to arrange a dedicated coffee area in the lobby soon, which is a great improvement.

El trato de Omar es excelente siempre muy atento viajaba con mi madre y estuvo pendiente en todo momento
Nos recomendó un Hamam y ha sido una experiencia excelente

Se preocupó por el traslado al aeropuerto

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful room and great sea view. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Omar, who was extremely kind and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant.
Sehr gute Lage, Vorortzug 2 Minuten entfernt, die Tram 15 Minuten, Restaurants direkt angrenzend.
Mit ÖPNV für 2,50 Euro zum Flughafen .
Trotzdem ruhig!

Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders groß.
Und die Dusche war mir nicht ganz heiß genug - war aber ok
Ottima posizione vicino a molte attrazioni storiche , quartiere storico ..... Personale sempre a disposizione , anche per una semplice chiaccherata tra amici 👍🙂
L’emplacement , et la gentillesse du personnel , particulièrement Omar qui a le sens du service client
