Quality was expected for the money but left a nasty taste in the mouth

The building had been refurbished but was pretty sparse based on the description.

Cons:

Unfortunately the staff seemed ill prepared for an emergency situation. Despite the no smoking sign the hallways also smelled strongly of cigarettes and other substances
