Great rooms, comfy beds, excellent host
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very clean rooms with comfy beds, nice clean and warm shower. Lee, the host on the day, was brilliant, really friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely lovely its a perfect location everything is walking distance or just near bus and tram stops the staff are so nice and welcoming we had a fantastic stay and will be definitely booking again in the near future

Friendly greeting on arrival. Checked in easy. Asked for extra pillows, and it wasn't a problem. Room was clean and tidy. Room served its purpose for 1 night but would of asked for a bigger room if I was staying longer.

Cons:

Room was on the smaller size and felt cramped in. Only 1 double socket in the room.
