Very poor hotel
Pros:

Location and staff was good

Cons:

There was stains and black hair in shower and on window sil room was really small and no air conditioning was so hot telly didnt work man next door banging wall all nite wount be staying there again

Disabled ask for down stairs room ended up 3 flights of stairs
Bed uncomfortable
Shower to small and burnt myself on pips no do on shower no room to mover when going tolit
Had to go to parent hotel to get key and drop them back
Bar and downstairs all closed up never open
Not acceptable as know where to get a drink

Great budget room
Pros:

Nice friendly staff couldn't help us enough. I realized after making the booking that the hotel doesn't have a lift. I rang and explained that my mum is Very elderly and was immediately offered a room on the first floor. Much appreciated as I booked and rang them at Very short notice. Anything I asked for was sorted within the matter of minutes. Polite friendly staff. I paid for a budget room and was pleasantly surprised I got what I paid for and the room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable.
