Pros:

It was really quiet.

Cons:

There where roaches in the room, especially in the bathroom and the owner kept on telling me that there's no visitors allowed okay. She kept on repeating that over and over. At one point she gets mad and tells me to just cancel my stay, I will get a refund.

Booking refused to consider safety concerns about a property booked through their website, rather they warned the owner

Cons:

It’s unsafe, very suspicious activities, open to the street, lot of people walking in and out , smell of weed and alcohol everywhere, it was dirty and trash in the floor, I don’t understand how this trash place is listed, it was a trap and nothing like the pictures, I didn’t feel safe to check in even though I booked private room, people says you get for what you pay, but not like that. I reported to booking that I’m concerned about my safety and need to cancel, they refused to cancel or refund me, even with everything I told them, instead of taking immediate actions
